Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Felt very safe in their hands as nurses were always on hand and checking on me. My Doctors always was ready for my questions and giving care for me, before and after the operation.
So I’m very glad to wen there.

My whole experience was great from start to finish.

Initially I was only wanting to have liposuction so we made arrangements for a 7 day stay. A couple of days before I left the uk I decided I’d like to have some work done on my teeth whilst in Istanbul.

Yasmin was great. She found a dentist who would help me whilst fitting around my liposuction commitments during my 7 day stay so I didn’t have to make any alternative arrangements whatsoever.

The hotel provided was very nice

Transport was arranged to & from the airport & every other trip needed between hotel / dentist / hospital also.

The service was great.

Anybody from the uk thinking about going to Istanbul for cosmetic work I’d strangle advise you contact Yasmin and let her do all the logistics for you.

I visited the Basari Hospital for a surgical procedure and my experience with the clinic has been wonderful. From the surgery booking process to post-op I have experienced a high level of service and professionalism from all the staff at the clinic. My surgeon Op Dr SERKAN KAYA has been highly qualified and very attentive and took the time to explain all the procedure details. His work is immaculate. He is extremely professional, upmost caring and talented. All the nurses are so experienced and careful. The special thanks goes out to MAHMUT that provided his support. He has been very helpful in organising my accommodations, transfers, providing instructions to follow pre and post-surgery and in translating, answers my questions at any time. I travelled from England to have rhinoplasty with Dr. Mammadov and from the first point of contact everything was perfect. Eser was my contact and greeted us at the airport once our flight landed to drive us to the hospital where I stayed for 2 nights. Eser was in contact with us during our entire stay and was always quick to respond and on time for pick-ups. He quickly arranged to have more medical supplies delivered to me during my recovery period in the hotel. very efficient service, a lovely person and very handy to have as a translator! The hospital was clean and professional, the nursing staff were attentive and always catered to my needs and requests. Dr. Mammadov is an experienced surgeon who answered my questions and reassured me of what to expect. Even years of research didn’t prepare me for the swelling but now a lot of it has subsided I can see the direction of which my nose is healing and I’m in love with the results!! Dr achieved/ fixed everything I asked whilst maintaining a natural look which best suits my facial structure. Thank you to everyone at Basari hospital for the great experience! The hotel was pleasant with breakfast included and close to the metro for exploring Istanbul.

Absolutely perfect, and put me at ease the moment we we're greeted at the airport, Eser Yuvuz was our contact and he went above and beyond to give us everything we needed throughout the whole experience, even taking the gf to the shop to act as a translator, the hospital was clean and professional, the surgeon explained everything, and the nurses looked after my every need, 5+ treatment, then to a 5+ hotel for recovery, any questions we had was answered quick and easily by Eser, definitely recommend w

The whole experience at Basari hospital was amazing. With Mahmut as my translator and aid he was fantastic. Every question was answered and nothing was to big an ask for him. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease.
The results from my surgery are amazing and I couldn’t recommend the hospital, nurses and surgeon more.

Agree with one review the hospital food is awful but the hotel food made up for it

I had surgery at Basari hospital 4 weeks ago and the level of care is amazing. The nurses on level 4 are angels in uniforms. Anything you need they are there! The service with pick ups from airport to hospital to hotel is excellent. I was lucky enough to have Yasmin as my host she is the loveliest young lady you could ever meet , patient kind and it goes on. Only one area that needs attention is the food it’s awful, but it is a hospital not a hotel. And finally dr Ahmet bulut is a kind and caring surgeon he is funny and made me laugh a lot , not arrogant at all like a lot off Turkish surgeons.

I came from Scotland & Farhad had organised everything from pick up at the airport (even though myself & friend had flight delays & complications! Thank you again!)
I was put in for tummy tuck surgery & 3 lipo areas.

I was very nervous as this was my 1st surgery ever & was made feel at ease. The nurses made me feel better regardless of request dispute our language barrier & the extra after care i received from unexpected blood results.

All in all i received great care from all the ladies & gents working when i was in there care to the point ive been able to seek the hematology care back in Scotland seemlesly.

I can not express how grateful I am to be a patient of Basari Hospital. Those people are purely angels, loving, kind, helpful at any point caring and dedicated to their job. The level of service went well beyond my expectations.
I have made my query to Mahmut who has been with me from the moment when I have landed in Turkey, through surgery, aftercare and taking back to the airport, event when came back home he is still providing care and answering all my questions. Amazing, dedicated, intelligent man.
I went there by myself and guess what? I have not felt lonely, forgotten or left by myself.
Dr. Ahmet Balut who did proceed with my surgery has explained everything to me patiently, he is knowledgeable, experienced and caring doctor.
I can truly say that the level of service by Basari Hospital is on the highest level, that's the best Hospital which I have ever been to as a patient. I have been recovered in this hospital just about a year ago , I wanna say a very big Thanks to this hospital, very very nice staff , friendly, helpful and amazing service and also if I couldn't communicate in Turkish I was able to understand people who were going to help me because they were very good and able to let me understand what they wanted to say to me . I also wanna say a very big thanks to the nurse , I dont really remember her name unfortunately, but she was very nice and helpfull every day and when you don't feel good I think is better to have nice people next to you motivating you and helping you, like this wonderful Lady!

My mother had gallbladder surgery in this hospital. Doctors were very involved. It was a very successful surgery. The room we stayed in was very clean and hygienic. Thank you everyone.

I decided to get Liposuction 180 in January 2023 at Basari Hospital. I workout 5-6 days a week and couldn't get rid of my hereditary "pooch". I wanted a more defined waist line. After all consultations with different clinics and hospitals, I decided to choose Basari Hospital due to friendly and professional medical staff, location, cleanliness of the office and certification of the onsite surgical facility. The OR Nurse and Anesthesiologist were such kind people! They alleviated all my worries. When I woke up I was barely in any pain. I wok remotely so I was working the next day. And if you're unsatisfied with your results hospital does offer a revision. They are some of the kindest people. I'm only 4 days post op so I'm still very swollen. I can't wait to see my final results a few months down the line!

I had a very satisfactory experience in Başari hospital. I travelled from US to have a surgery there. Everyone from the front desk workers, doctors, nurses and all the translators and patient help assistants were very professional and caring. I had a surgery there and I was satisfied with the care and attention I received. Diagnosis was also much faster than the American hospitals. Overall experience is a 10 out of 10. Thank you
