While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

No respect for private data. No next day shipping in Canada.

BaseBlocks didn't bother to send a tracking number. I received my order in a damaged box. The actual unit is fine. Try to find a promo code. Don't give BaseBlocks more money than they deserve.

I still haven't received my order. After initially receiving replies from BaseBlocks support, they no longer reply back. Credit card was charged immediately. They're taking orders, taking money, promising same-day shipping, but nothing is shipped. It's been over 3 weeks now.

One thing the website doesn’t stress enough is that BaseBlocks is located in Sydney, Australia. So, their reply will be delayed. I made a purchase one late night and noticed that I never received a confirmation email. I found out just before midnight that I had entered the wrong email address. I looked up the incorrect email address in a lookup site and found that the email is in use, so I emailed the individual about the mistake. I also sent a message to support through the BaseBlock contact form about the mistake and request that my email address to be revised. I then realized that the stranger has all my information including shipment progress, mailing address and mobile number. I tried to escalate the urgency to BaseBlocks and emailed their privacy support as well. I sent them an email at midnight in Toronto which would be 2pm in Sydney. No response at all. After my 4th email sent around 10pm in Toronto stressing the risk of my personal data being at risk that they finally responded. They informed me that the confirmation email was never delivered to the wrong email address. That’s a relief for me. Since midnight to 10pm, Baseblock had me believing a stranger had all my data. Again…I sent them a message of high concern at midnight (2pm Syndey). They chose to ignore it. The support at this company is terrible, uncompassionate and needs to be investigated. Even at the end of the day my data wasn’t in danger, they chose to literally sleep on it until the next morning rather than easing my anxiety… Also, the next day shipping is a total lie even if you’re located in Canada. Even if you live near Toronto, there’s no next day shipping.
