Great Tool with Potential for Multilingual Support Improvementspositive experience with…

I’ve had a positive experience with base. the tool is very effective, and the support team is always helpful and attentive. However, there are two areas where I see room for improvement:

1) For European customers, it would be very helpful to have support available in Portuguese or Spanish. This would make the platform more accessible to users in these languages and could further expand Baselinker's reach. Currently, some users may hesitate to choose base. due to language barriers, despite its advantages over other solutions.

2) Additionally, having a customer support phone line would be valuable, especially for resolving critical issues quickly. A direct phone line could significantly streamline support and enhance the user experience.

Overall, base. is a great service, and with these adjustments, it could be even better!

Poor quality services, bad comunication

I am using their services for about one year. I have about 50 tickets to support about errors, bugs etc. Their services is not working with all the integration they have listed. If you don't want to ruin your business, search for an alternativ.

I have been using Baselinker for 3 year

I have been using Baselinker for several years on the Slovak and Czech markets. It helped me increase sales and automate processes. If you are looking for a comprehensive solution, then Baselinker is a good choice.

Not grear


Picking part is great bar it shows you the full info before meaning people can cheat the pick - misleading info from staff one said it can be removed then after getting into it told it can’t then it can with a add on no further forward.

There is no way to disable staff from changing stock QTY

Stock does not adjust in Baselinker live causing you inventory issues which I have only just noticed after getting reassured there would be no issues importing now my stock is all over and scared to disconnect until I see which is more accurate.

Limited availability for onboarding really limited

Company has rebranded from baselinker and after last night reviewing baselinker trustpilot reviews I can see why

The layout of base is mostly old school but I like that rather than the way most newer softwares have big bright big buttons that said some of the other software is easier to navigate

If you connect your shipper it does not import the tracking back to woocommerce not sure about other software (connected UPS)

You can’t use Royal Mail Pay &Go as the codes are a MIS match, there is Parcel2go but you can’t set a rule to select shipping and the selection is massive so would become more problematic.

Out of all the software I have tried the packing part is the best

Overal I would probably rate the software as a 2 out of 5 and it’s only due to the picking the rest is a bit of a shambles.

The support out of 5 would be a -5 as you can’t get a straight answer.

** Baselinker A Complete Disappointment and Business Hazard**

3 months on and I've never encountered a more frustrating and utterly incompetent service than Baselinker. From day one, their software has been plagued with technical issues that have only gotten worse over time. What started as a promising tool has turned into a business nightmare, causing more harm than good.

Firstly, their automation systems are a complete joke. Orders that should be dispatched automatically remain stuck, leading to late shipments and negative impacts on my business. Despite countless hours spent tweaking settings and following their so-called support advice, the problems persist. The software is unreliable and inconsistent, rendering it utterly useless for a business that relies on timely dispatching.

Baselinker's customer service is equally abysmal. The support team is not only slow to respond but also incredibly dismissive of the issues at hand. Every time I report a problem, they either blame my automations or offer conflicting solutions that do nothing to resolve the underlying issues. It's clear they don't have a clue how to fix their own system, and their communication is a mess. Changes are made without any notice, leaving businesses like mine in the lurch and scrambling to fix problems they’ve created.

To add insult to injury, they have the audacity to suggest that everything is working fine on their end, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Orders remain unmarked as dispatched on eBay, and I’ve had to resort to manually handling tasks that their software should be automating. This isn't just inconvenient—it's a direct threat to my business's reputation.

Baselinker's inability to handle even the most basic functions, coupled with their poor communication and refusal to take responsibility, makes them one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I am now in the process of switching to Veeqo, a far superior service that, unlike Baselinker, actually works.

If you value your business and your sanity, avoid Baselinker at all costs. This company is nothing but a time-wasting, business-crippling disaster. I’m demanding a full refund for the months of service that have been nothing short of catastrophic. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere—Baselinker is a sinking ship.

The whole Baselinker team is fantastic! If there is any problem support is super fast and will help you whenever needed.
Product import/export is very easy and also very fast.

The new recent pricing change from Baselinker caught us by surprise. They claim to have sent us emails in Sept & Oct, but we don't have them.

We only have one email from November, claiming new pricing which is "individual based".

Well, individually based means taking a client from 1.000zł/mo to 36.000zł/mo.

Not even a courtesy call that such a huge change will occur. But you know what they have time for? A sales person to repeatedly call you about implement a new feature (that will cost you more money).

Absolute horrible business practices.

Really happy with this app

Really happy with this very powerful app! , I've tried most of the similar apps over the past years and with out a doubt this one is the best for me, It has a very good balance of being able to do all the things you want with out overcomplicating anything. All the functions I need plus many more. The staff have been very helpful, especially the on boarding team, they made sure everything was perfect and was set up exactly how id like it. It is running smoothly with no issues

Beware because it is a fraud

Beware because it is a fraud. They give you a service for less than 30$ per month and when you have been there for more than a year they pretend to charge you more than 4.000$, without a contract, without negotiation, without even a notification in English.

It seems that the company is going to disappear and they need Cash urgently because it makes no sense that these practices are being done now in January 2024 as you can see in all the reviews.

Be careful not to fall into fraud.

Software is pretty much ok, support not to great. The wordt thing is predicitibility in business which is below any comment. Increase of pricelist x15 is not the way how you work with partners.

this company guarantees no stability for business

Making bonds with this company sucks because some time ago the had infrastructure crash and systems down for a quite long time for e-commerce. Now they changed pricing and in many cases prices went up 200% to even 1000%. We got 170% rise up. How to work with them when there is no predictability???
