Exceptional company ! Simply the best Bass guitar supplier . I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the showroom and meeting Will on more than one occasion and the customer service you get is amazing, Will is an absolute legend and so understanding and patient , he doesn’t just want your money and get you out , he lets you try any bass you want , he’s very knowledgeable about every bass he stocks and very honest . I took one bass back that I impulse bought and Will was so understanding and sorted me out with what I really wanted , no hassle no pressure just top class customer service all the way . I've only really been playing bass professionally for around a year and, although I got a Fender Kingman for the little acoustic band I'm in, I knew I was going to need a pro-level solid body to be able to take on other work as well. After researching what I thought I could afford and following the various gear sites for either new or preloved kit I came across a peach of a Fender Am-Pro Jazz at Bass Bros and made the call.
Will was brilliant, talked over what I was after, took the time to discuss alternatives and was able to offer a great finance option.
The bass arrived bang on time, as agreed, and set up beautifully with the new set of La Bella flats I'd asked for.
I don't spend this amount of money on instruments every day, and it could have been more than a little daunting, but Bass Bros made it a happy and pleasant experience throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to take of you when it comes to taking the plunge and buying that 'forever bass'. They cared that it mattered...

Recently bought a Fender Japan PB70 from Bassbros, what a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Very helpful, took 2 of my basses in a very reasonable part exchange deal. Even set the bass up for me - “feel free to try other basses while you’re waiting”! (Had a go on a fretless for the first time!) I’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

First time dealing with this company, but it won’t be the last. A very friendly personal and efficient service provided by Will. Despite asking loads of seemingly silly questions, Will had the time and grace to to patient and answer each and every one, even though I may not have brought anything. In the end I part exchanged a bass that I had, but wasn’t happy with, for one from his extensive stock with no hassle whatsoever. A definite 10/10 service.

Selling my Jaydee with BassBros was a piece cake, one phone call to Will and the bass was collected the next day, on their FB page the next and sold within a week. Communication was brilliant and the money in my bank quickly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company! I sold a bass to them and the way it was dealt with was top notch. Offered me a really fair price and arranged the courier at no expense to me. Sale agreed on Sunday evening. Courier was at my door Monday morning. Money was Transferred on the Wednesday.

I arranged to visit Will in his showroom to view a B stock bass. The bass appeared to be perfect with no flaw visible. Will took the time to set up the bass for me to play through an amp. We both concluded that the reason for the B stock classification was probably the colour of the finish which in fact made the bass closer to a vintage model and in my opinion, better than the colour of a new A stock model. I made a substantial saving on the cost of a new model. For those who cannot visit the showroom and meet Will, don't worry, you can trust this guy.

When purchased the bass was dispatched via 24hr courier, very well packaged in a Bassbros branded box.
The Spector bass itself is as good, if not better, than described.
I found the whole experience far exceeded anything before.
I was looked after as if I was buying a new bass not a part exchange preloved one.
I highly recommend Bassbros and given the opportunity will purchase from them again.
