I purchased a carron double end bath, it looks beautiful but within one year of fitting and 4 uses later the bath is leaking through the jets.
I am only leaving this 1 star review due to lack of response by email and no answer to phone calls multiple times . Please could you respond to my email with advice?
Desperate for a solution. Thankyou

My Oxford toilet arrived it got fitted Saturday the fixing bolts were missing and a washer but I had 1 in my house so used that. I was meant to get a soft close toilet seat with it and received a cheap plastic seat instead. When I queried this with their customer service as it clearly stated on my invoice I was getting 1 they then blamed the warehouse staff saying they copied and pasted the order but this was for same toilet which was different in price. They are sending the fixing bolts in 3 to 5 working days but not sending a soft closing toilet seat. Due to this I would not purchase anything from these again or recommend anyone to them poor customer service

My order arrived quickly… and was beautifully packaged. Great price for such a quality item. Have yet to fit it so unable to comment on the fitting… but it looks really well made. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered the Newport style taps and these were delivered from Dublin a week later. Unfortunately the Surrey style taps were delivered however the customer services department responded quickly and the correct set have been ordered for despatch. These have not yet srrived at the time of this review which is the day after being advised of the new delivery. The Surrey taps are of excellent quality so I have every expectation that the Newport style will be too.

All good. Order arrived on the date I had requested. The delivery man was very helpful. A confirmation of dispatch would have been helpful. I did not know that my delivery was on the way until the driver phoned to say he was 15 minutes away.

The pedestal has been manufactured with a fault which is most visible. Reported when about to fit but not heard anything

Easy from start to finish

Product was ordered and still not received after 3 weeks, communication was instigated by myself and going into the 4th week still have not received priduct.

The Company did well and service staff polite and efficient . Let down by their courrier service. Failed to deliver at the agreed time and no telephone call of explanation. Had to telephone the Company 6 times before we received the delivery. Promised telephone call 1 hour before delivery did not happen. Impossible to track as no tracking number provided only consignment number.
Not a good experience.

Paid for delivery to be three days ago. Still not arrived and had no reply from the company.

Really pleased with the bath that came I’m very pleased with the price
