Company sent wrong item

Company sent wrong item. I followed their faq and emailed two separate email addresses numerous times. Still have not heard back from the company. I included my order number and photos of the incorrect item.
I do not know where all the positive reviews have come from as this was a terrible shopping experience. I have disputed my charge and will await guidance from the bank now.
First time customer and will not be a repeat customer in the near future.
