We had excellent service from Bath Giant Hillington when we were renovating our main bathroom. John was very helpful and patient with our choices. He has an outstanding knowledge of all the products available and managed to find exactly what we needed. Delivery was exactly on time. We were so pleased with the service and quality of products that we have returned for the cloakroom and en-suite.

The service received from the Hillington branch is nothing short of OUTSTANDING. I'm just an average bloke looking to buy two nice bathroom taps. Had quite a few questions needing answered regarding suitability. To the manager John, thanks for making me feel so welcome and to his colleague (forgot your name mate, sorry) Brian? thanks for the advice and even a follow up call to my house. Top Class service. As big Arnie would say "I'll be back" 🤗

I have recently just purchased all of my products for my new ensuite from Bath Giant due to be delivered this week and after being in 3 of their stores East Kilbride, Rutherglen and Hillington every store I visited the customer service was fantastic and their displays were amazing so much choice to choose from and prices were fantastic too the service I have received from the top to the bottom of this company has been amazing and I would highly recommend Bath Giant to anyone looking to replace their existing bathrooms I can't wait to get mine and get it installed keep up the amazing work Bath Giant 🙌

From initial visit to after sale service, I cannot recommend Bath Giant highly enough. Sean made the whole process of purchase seamless and provided great advice and service. Delighted with my new bathroom!

Would never recommend Bath Giant Hillington to anyone their aftersale service is appalling. I spent approx £3000 just over a year ago and i went back to them as the toilet seat soft closing broke. I had a leak underneath my tiled floor so I required replacement floor tiles. I was advised by sean I would need to email photos of toilet seat as they would have to go back to manufacturer. He took my order for 6 tiles cost me £95, he explained if i required to return them it would be a reduction charge of 25% which at the time I was shocked however I needed to get tiles i ordered them. I asked could they deliver was told there would be a delivery charge I agreed to collect. I sent Sean an email with photos of the seat. I got no reply I called them and was told he would chase it up. After 2 weeks no update. I called again and was advised that they agreed to replace was told i would get a call when it came in. He said there were only 2 staff and he was sorry for no reply. I never got a call to advise it was in I had to call them. It was in I asked would he be in every day and he said yes never gets a day off. I explained I was going to have to return the tiles as they were really big diffetence in the shades. That was fine he reminded me I would not get full refumd. I went in on 23rd Oct and got told i was 8 days too late to return and handed me the toilet seat. I was in shock, he said it says 10 days on the receipt for returns but they do up to 28 days. I was 8 days over he went to his manager John to see if there was anything he could do. Waste of time all he could say was that was their policy as they would not be able ro resell the tiles. He said if I made a purchase he could maybe do something I reminded him of the £3000 purchase not interested. Therefore i had to take tiles back of no use to me lost £95 due to lack of their communication. Never trust them.

I ordered a shower pack in the afternoon on Monday 1st May and it was delivered less than 24 hours later, by a very polite and courteous gentleman. Thank you.

Disappointed with the poor customer service received at the Hillington branch, complained 2 weeks ago & still yet to have an apology or complaint responded to even though the error has been on Bath Giants side yet myself as the customer has lost installation date to not being able to deliver what what agreed at sales & time of making full payment. Happy to take the full payment but not deliver service paid for. As a business should be able to resolve issues professionally however calls were ignored & as a customer had to constantly chase up complaint. Resolving in Bath Giant not owning up to numerous errors made & refunding which I will have to wait days to receive, now left without a bathroom which has led to complete frustration & unnecessary stress all due to the poor sales receive. Come to stores like this to receive sales expertise yet these do not exist at this branch. Ashame wasn’t aware that Rick had left or else wouldn’t have bothered purchasing from this store, If staff had the knowledge Rick had then service would have been exceptional, only returned due to previous experience being more pleasant

Fantastic service at bath giant,Sean really helpful as was Charles in showroom.My delivery from Tony today was brilliant he was on his own and as my husband has a broken ankle he could not help therefore Tony did everything and placed all the good in various places in my home nothing too much trouble for him, do all on all nothing but praise for all at bath giant. Thank you

We were looking for a radiator for our bathroom and were in practically every bathroom shop and online stores. We went into bathroom Giant on a few occasions to compare radiators. On our 1st visit we enquired about sizes and heat output and were given the requested info by a very polite well knowledgeable member of staff.
Once we decided that was the one for us we made another trip in to purchase. Again served by a friendly member of staff who advised the item was in stock if we wanted to take it away with us.
He directed us to the back of the building and brought it out and put it into the car for us.
