I got scared by reading some reviews from Bathkart,but the way their executive Yash guided my from selection to delivery was phenomenal.

I feel such e-commerce websites should be appreciated where they give 1 on 1 guidance

i ordered a conealed product 2 weeks ago..still no update on the product..customer care not picking / replying

I ordered a Picaso pillar tap from Bathkart, the price was 2099, and the same was 2499 on Amazon whereas for 3k in local stores. It was a great deal firstly, because I saved some money...it was in Mumbai so even they delivered by next day. Some Jaquar products in chrome colour were expensive in Bathkart...but when it came to colour products the pricing and the availability was really good

I would rate them 4/5 and would love to see more startups in these kind of industries where we don't know the prices of the products

I ordered a Jaquar flush tank from Bathkart, it was urgent and they actually delivered in 3 hours.

Whenever there’s a negative review you can see that they are repeating same reviews with 5 star to hide their scam. Very bad customer service, practically non existent. I would avoid buying anything from this company. WhatsApp chat is a joke. No one replies. I have lost my money. I have not received the product nor I have been refunded. Scam website.

I ordered a grove flush plate for ₹1980, and I was shocked to see that their prices were cheaper than Amazon. Got delivered in 2 days, really needed someone to provide such prices in this industry where product prices are already so high

I purchased products worth 80k for my home in Mumbai
The way they guided me for online geysers as per my water pressure was much needed, i even got all black chrome products from them and an artificial stone basin.
The way they called and managed delivery was great.

This is one of the worst retailer!!! Stay away. A bunch of scammer. I have ordered 2 items, it was not shipped until I chased multiple times, and after a long wait I received a used product. And there is no show of the other one. They do not have any stock, they will send you old used product and good luck getting refund.

I ordered some items in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu..first I was scared to order and the way they guided my for each products was really good.
They delivered all gold colour products in 5 days which local retailers told me will take 1 month. I highly appreciate them.

I ordered for my resort in Goa, the team did a really commmendable job.

I ordered ABR items from Jaquar and Scuba basins, they delivered everything in perfect time

I ordered 2 basins and ABR products, kudos to the team in delivering them in just 4 days to Goa, the local vendors told me that it will take 1-2 months and they delivered in just 4 days.

Scam Website. They are professional conman. Ordered a basin. Got delayed and was delivered 10 days after the ETA. Product was damaged. I have asked for a refund and they have stopped replying.

Don’t buy anything from them . They are fraud. They blocked me after receiving the money.

Big scam guys don’t fall for them I lost 2800, but happy I didn’t fall for their 2nd trap beware they will call you once your order is delayed and promise to deliver today if you pay again and tell the refund for the earlier order will come to you in 30-45 days it’s a brilliant scam

Fraudulent Deceptive Pricing & Fake Discounts!
Beware!Absolute scam company. Bathkart engages in illegal "dark patterns" by manufacturing fake baseline prices on their website to trick customers into thinking they are getting a major discount.Here is proof from my recent order:Item 1: Website claimed the price was ₹2,650 marked down to ₹2,200. When the product arrived, the manufacturer printed MRP on the physical box was exactly ₹2,200. (0% actual discount).Item 2: Website claimed the price was ₹3,300 marked down to ₹2,850. The physical box MRP was exactly ₹2,850. (0% actual discount).
Highly unprofessional and illegal business practices under the Indian Consumer Protection Act. Avoid buying from bathkart.in at all costs!

I ordered a wrong diverter exposed part by mistake from Bathkart. We informed them after 1.5 months, still they replaced it for me- I'm sure no local dealer will ever do this.

I ordered a faucet and it was not delivered. Turned out it was due to issues with Amazon Shipping. Eventually they reimbursed me in full even including the shipping cost, which they had to bear.

I had issues with Amazon shipping with other sellers too. They have now shifted to a more reliable shipping company and hopefully it will improve the customer experience.

I am writing this to warn potential buyers about my recent experience with bathkart.in.
​I ordered the Racold ODS Eco Plus gas geyser, but to my surprise, they delivered the Racold Eco model instead, which is a much more basic version. When I contacted their customer support to report the issue, they tried to mislead me by claiming that the "ODS Eco" and "Eco" models are exactly the same.
​To verify this, I personally called Racold’s official customer care, and they confirmed that these are entirely different models with different specifications. Furthermore, both models are listed separately on Bathkart’s own website, proving that they are aware of the difference but still chose to send a cheaper product and provide false information.
​It is disappointing to see such deceptive practices. I expected the specific model I paid for (ODS Eco Plus), but received the most basic one instead.
​Advice to Users: Please be extremely cautious while ordering from this site. Double-check your delivery and do not fall for their misleading justifications.
