Purchased a garden parasol and it was not the colour described on the website. Impossible to contact to arrange to return. No phone number, they do not answer emails or messages on website. I wish i had looked at reviews before I purchased! Update on 17/4/26 To be fair they have now responded with a partial refund but were not willing to refund in full or allow me to return the parasol.

We purchased 2 retractable blinds for the garden, very quick delivery, easy to fit and seems to be of good quality A++++

Never use these . They rip you off

Poor quality product that broke the first time I used it. Customer service is appalling, they said that I caused it to break and I was to fix it myself.
PLEASE AVOIDE THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCTS

Very poor service sent the wrong lamp and are refusing to let me return it.

This company uses a fake 4.8 stars on there website but it’s really 1-2stars!!! These are CHINESE COMPANY NOT ENGLISH!!! Shower arrived cheap and cheerful, no instructions, no brackets, no adaptors to hold on the wall. Marked / damaged. Absolutely awful. Email is the only method and they respond at night/middle of the morning because it’s china. DO NOT USE! We have reported to the bank and business ombudsman

Wish I could leave a 0 star review. They sell a product with a description which is totally inaccurate and then refuse to deal with the return unless you pay for it. This experience has cost me £11.00 through their fault and refusal to deal with it. AWFUL - AVOID!

Order arrived damaged. Emails keep bouncing back. No idea how to get hold of the company. Other reviews indicate that I probably won't hear back from this company at all.

I ordered the dino bath bombs and they never turned up. No shipping info, no reply to my emails and when I call it goes straight to a personal answer machine. This is either a terrible company or a scam.
I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, as it appears many others have had similar problems getting hold of anyone from the company.

Still no response and now emails are being returned with cannot deliver to address.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I returned the item as I didn't like the fabric. Paid and posted it, send proof of delivery, and 2 weeks later they still keep on saying they need to check who signed for it and it would take another 5 days for my refund...Still nothing!!!!!

There was a delay in receiving the order of approx 3 weeks, with no communication from Bathroom Deco. There is no phone number, so you have to rely on emails and it takes them a few days to respond if you are lucky!! I eventually received my order this morning - a mirror - and found it was smashed to pieces inside. I have emailed them twice today, asking them to arrange a collection and full refund, as yet they haven't bothered to respond. Awful customer service!!

The product I ordered was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, after waiting five weeks for someone to be available to construct, we found that panes where missing. One of the other parts was wrong. Greenhouse is still incomplete and I'm out of pocket £250.
I have contacted them via the email address, but I've had no response.
I'm hoping that I get a response ASAP.

Although vendor sent a completely different product from the one I ordered, they arranged a full refund in a timely manner - returning the wrong item was not required. Thanks to Customer Service (Cindy and Molly).

I purchased two of the same item for my laundry room. One has a very small part missing. I emailed and they replied very quickly advising that they would source a replacement but it may take a number of weeks as their supplier was out of stock. I work in the furniture retail industry and understand that small parts can take time to arrive. Several weeks later I recevied the part. Cannot fault their customer service.

Ordered a mirror, didn't receive a confirmation email for it. Following day received an email sp Hao Direct asking for a £7 delivery charge as I live on the moon. Attached was a link to buy this delivery charge where it started off at £1 and I pressed plus button to £7. Paid it. Received another email with a link and apologies as that last link was a mistake and that company would refund me, meanwhile I need you to pay another £7. Alarm bells ringing it's a scam it's a scam and it is. Asked for refund of all monies, nothing to date

I, initially had an issue...only with one item. I was refunded, even though they did'nt to have as I had'nt read the guarantee. So, I now know to check all guarantee's first.

Myself, and all the ladies involved ended on a happy note! I like outcomes like that. Hence the high rating.

My other two items were great!

Poor company, no telephone number, bought items that never arrived. Avoid.

After ordering a sink from Bathroom Deco, I had a major problem with the Evri delivery, so I had to contact Bathroom Deco again.
I spoke with 2 different people there who were both absolutely fantastic !
They dealt with my problem straight away & resolved the issue with no drama.
I've rarely had such great communication or service from a company. Their speed of service & care was definitely 5 star.
