Much the same as when I reported that part of my delivery was damaged, Muhammad handled my request for a replacement very professionally. I have always been of the opinion that any company can experience problems - its how they deal with those problems that sets them apart from the rest. Sensible companies know that customer retention is the most important matter. Thanks again Muhammad.

I made a mistake in dedicating a wrong address for delivery sorry to say upon calling the warehouse help desk they could not change the address for delivery so had to cancel order . Actually went in the same day and re ordered through staff on the floor who were really helpful and asked if I had ordered all
Parts and it seem I had not so orders extra for fitting s and delivered at correct address

I recently bought a bathroom Unit from this company. From ordering to delivery was first class.
While the bathroom Unit was being installed we had issues with toilet seat. Minahil dealt with my query 100%. There were a few emails going back and forth.
This was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner

We selected a delivery day about 10 days later than we could have. We did this in the hope everything would turn up together.
It didn't and nobody lets you know in advance. The first thing you know is when your delivery driver turns up, gets you to sign, starts unloading and then at the end of it tells you not all of your delivery is here.
Not a word from Bathroom Mountain or the courier until that point.
So you think you're on track, your ready, you can get on with it, you can have your plumber booked, but you can't complete.
No updates to follow just a note after apologising and saying the courier will be in touch.
That's dreadful customer service.
