I recently bought a bathroom Unit from this company. From ordering to delivery was first class.
While the bathroom Unit was being installed we had issues with toilet seat. Minahil dealt with my query 100%. There were a few emails going back and forth.
This was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner

We selected a delivery day about 10 days later than we could have. We did this in the hope everything would turn up together.
It didn't and nobody lets you know in advance. The first thing you know is when your delivery driver turns up, gets you to sign, starts unloading and then at the end of it tells you not all of your delivery is here.
Not a word from Bathroom Mountain or the courier until that point.
So you think you're on track, your ready, you can get on with it, you can have your plumber booked, but you can't complete.
No updates to follow just a note after apologising and saying the courier will be in touch.
That's dreadful customer service.

I bought vanity unit before our bathroom been stripped down. I went on holiday- our worker unpacked vanity unit and sent me pictures that vanity is damaged.
Contacted customer service and they sorted replacement of the damaged vanity unit .Also customer service promised sent back money for the transport.

I received 3 out of 4 items in my order. I contacted customer support, and I received a very quick response. In just a few hours. Waliya was very polite and sent an enquiry to the courier. Hopefully my 4th item will show up in the next day or 2. So far happy with the experience and really hope my shower tray will show up soon!
