A fantastic experience purchasing a replacement shower engine from Bathrooms and Showers Direct. Live chat service was an actual person rather than a Bot and delivery was next day which was no extra.
Replacement part through aqualisa direct was over a hundred pound more, no difference in what Bathroom's and Showers Direct were/are selling.
Overall a fantastic company 👍🏻

However having read previous reviews I phoned to check that they had stock, then placed an order at 9.30 on Friday. delivery scheduled by carrier for Tuesday. Very helpful and friendly on the phone when I queried the price of a baby Belfast sink and strainer waste “bundle”. The bundle price was greater than the two individual items when purchased separately! I ordered the two items and they arrived the next day, well packaged and in good order.
