Hi Stephen, I am sorry to hear you never had a response. Could you please send me the details and date the chase was sent and I will look into it. I just checked my e-mails now and can't find anything so want to make sure no errors my side are preventing customers from reaching out to me. Thanks, Ben

Hi Harry, I am sorry your parcel hasn't arrived yet. As you're aware the disruption with Royal Mail is causing delays and I have agreed to send you a replacement order as yours has not arrived yet. This is being shipped tomorrow and I have upgraded it to 1st Class Signed For. The reason you didn't have tracking for your order is because the service you paid for doesn't provide it. As detailed in our policies it is down to the customer to ensure that they select a suitable shipping option. Usually, the service you have chosen wouldn't be an issue.
Hopefully your replacement arrives in good time and you are satisfied with the resolution given and timely responses given.
Many Thanks,
Ben

Great experience
Was a bit dubious as it was my first order and I hadn't heard of the company before. Ordering was easy, it was delivered in a timely manner and was well packaged. Would recommend and definitely use again in the future.

Good experience
Packaged well. Wasn't aware that the Royal Mail 48 didn't have tracking so wasn't perfect peace of mind.

Hi Stephen, thank you for your feedback. We do offer a signed for option on the website in addition to the Royal Mail 48 but apologies that you felt that the information was not clear enough. I will update my Delivery and Returns policy to ensure that this is reflected and clear.
I'm glad the parcel arrived safe and well and hope you return soon.
Thanks,

Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery, all items arrived in time. Only issue was that there was very slight damage to 2 of the foil packs but this could just be a manufacturing issue. Not enough to stop me shopping here though, they always have great items in stock!
