SOLD ME A USED BATTERY

I bought a battery for my 2-year-old phone. I took it to a phone shop to be fitted and the technician explained that I had bought a USED battery, removed from a phone. Perhaps a company to avoid.

I will write to the company with scant optimism.

Unreliable products and poor customer service

Purchased a Karcher equivalent (5INR19/66-1) and for various reasons didn't get around to using it for a few months and when I did it wouldn't charge. I contacted them explaining the situation and offered to accept a 50% refund. I was then offered a replacement if I paid the postage, which I happily accepted. After no response for 2 weeks I chased it up only to be told that they had changed their mind and could not be responsible.

Defective batteries

Defective batteries

I replaced the battery in my Dell G7 and my initial test was to see if it would last a few minutes on battery power as the previous battery was dead. It did so and I thought great.

My laptop spends most of it's life on mains power - so roll on a year and I accidentally pull out the power cord and the laptop switches off immediately - battery is dead.

I tried to resolve the issue (as under UK law warranty starts when an item is delivered) and I was right on the 12 month mark. They didn't want to know and simply stated I ordered it on a set date - not taking into account it was not despatched until two weeks after I ordered it and then a further 2 weeks or so for delivery.

I am disappointed in this company and I would urge any person who wants to buy a decent battery to avoid this company as it is clear they sell substandard products and then don't follow up with any meaningful support.

Substandard (defective) battery and poor customer service

I bought a LI3945T44P4H815174 battery spare for my ZTE MU5001 mobile 5G router. The supplied battery looks the same but only charges to max 65% and lasts under 1-hour. The original charges to 100% and lasts 3-4 hours.

Despite offers to replace the defective battery I just get the same robotic message promising a “good solution”. Since this has been going on since June and five emails later, it’s time to express my disappointment in the supplier and their substandard product.
