Lovely high quality clothes. Ordered a maxi skirt and matching top and I love them potentially for my son’s wedding. Dispatch / delivery was fast though I paid for fast shipping. Overall very happy :)

Their refund system is terrible
Their refund system is terrible, I bought a shirt on the 10th May they received it back on 19th May and I received the refund notification (which could take 5 days to be refunded) on the 26th June. Not acceptable at all.

Excellent customer service
I love these clothes but I ordered some trousers which just didn’t suit me. I returned these but noted that there seemed to be a delay in processing the return - it looked to be stuck with the carrier. I emailed the team at 9pm received a reply by 9am the next day and confirmation of my refund. No discussion, no argument just an apology. Excellent costumer service to match their excellent clothes. Thank you.

Easy ordering, quick despatch, good quality clothes if a bit expensive outside of sale. On the down side it would be better to not have to pay for returns and speed up refunds.
