I’m really happy with my purchase from Bayu The Label! The bikinis are beautiful, fit true to size and the quality is very good. I also had a great experience with their customer service, they respond very quickly and are incredibly helpful and flexible. Definitely recommend!

I’m really thankful for the great costumer service. The answers were fast and reliable, where the team went over the top to help me. It’s not just a snub where they are too lazy to really help, but they take their time and focus on intense hing, even when you as a customer made a mistake. The shipping was fast and easy, as well as the returning. Overall this was a great shopping experience!

I recently experienced a small issue where my tracking showed that my package was delivered, but I hadn’t received it yet. I contacted Bayu The Label and their team responded quickly and kindly, helping me check all the details and advising me on what to do.

Thankfully, the package arrived shortly after, and everything was perfect. I really appreciated how patient, professional, and supportive their customer service was throughout the process.

Love the quality of the products and I returned a few items and they were very quick to process the return. Would highly recommend buying here.

With my last order it got delivered by my neighbors who turned out to be on holiday so while I reached out to bayu to help me locate the package, they were really nice and helpful with helping me locate my delivery. The thing that stood out for me the most was how friendly they were. I’ve been ordering many deliveries from different companies and I can tell you not all of them are so nice as bayu.

Do not buy if you are unsure of sizing and want to return items from UK. I bought an XL which is apparently equivalent to fit a cup size E, which is false. Sizing is extremely small, now after paying £14 to ship the item with the post office, with attached invoices as requested, they have told me to pay another custom and duties fee of €90, which altogether is near enough the same as the two bikinis I originally ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be reporting this through my bank.

Honnestly, I’ve never seen such a beautiful and flattering bikini. It was delivered in 24 hours and for real: I have never felt so good in a bikini as in this one. Will definitely order again (I even think those bikinis will be the only ones that I will be ordering from now on).

Ordered for the first time, got sent a customs invoice for another £75 when I contacted the company they only offered a discount, I did not pay the fee but somehow it got delivered. Now I am trying to return it, and its going to cost me £45 to fedex it back. Do not waste your time or money!

I was reluctant to order from this brand after reading these reviews… I needn’t have worried. I had a perfect experience.. I received an order confirmation E-Mail upon purchasing, shortly followed by a dispatch Message then subsequent messages from FedEx regarding delivery.. parcel arrived a day earlier than expected.. the bikini is everything I hoped it would be.. fabulous quality at a good price.

I wanted to send the item back as the sizing and fit was off and they made me pay 15€ for shipping it back from France to the Netherlands. Would not recommend…

Overpriced poor quality bikinis and even worse customer service. Bought a bikini, was poor quality (absolutely not worth the money) - had to pay over £30 in fees to return to Netherlands, they take on NO return costs for their customers. Now they have the nerve to tell me the bottoms are soiled when the protective sticker is on and they are clearly not soiled - I wish I took a picture before sending back. Scam company, 0 customer care - you'll loose half or all your money if you need to return from the UK. ZERO stars
