Returned my order almost two months ago…

Returned my order almost two months ago and still haven’t been refunded. I’ve sent them countless emails and messages, in which they ignore me or take several weeks to reply (after I follow up multiple times). I’m sick and tired of chasing them, I should not have to, and after seeing everyone else’s reviews below it really scared me. I would not recommend this company to anyone their customer service honestly sucks. I have worked in the head office for several companies and we had to respond to customers within the same day so it baffles me how much this company doesn’t care about their reputation or customers.

I was a loyal customer but they do not…

I was a loyal customer but they do not appreciate this. My order got lost in the mail and they made me pay for it. They offered me store credit for 50% of the order which means I can only order half a bikini with the chance again of not getting it delivered again. These other reviews shocked me as well. Pls save your money because these expensive bikini's are not worth it.They do not have google reviews and know I know why.

Terrible company

Terrible company - had to pay £60 import fees & if you need to return they make you as the customer ALSO pay the import fees to send back to them!! They also don’t cover any postage. You have to print out multiple of the same forms and fill them in multiple times - Really really slow at coming back to you also. Its as though they make it as difficult as possible to return items so that you don’t.

Order cancelled by Bayu

2 weeks ago I placed an order after I received a restock alert (placed the order within 5 minutes).

Then a week (!) later I receive the message that I have canceled my order without any reason. I contacted customer service and they indicated that they had canceled the order due to too many sales. mistakes are of course possible, but bayu could have communicated this themselves... as a solution they indicate twice that the bikini has been restocked (which is not correct) and that I can place a pre-order (which is also not correct). Very poor customer service!

Incredible customer service

The bikini I bought didn’t actually end up suiting me but their customer service was amazing! I had a a few problems (my fault) with posting and they were so so helpful and my refund was so quick! Would definitely buy from them again

Amazing customer service/ bikinis

I don't normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the customer service/bikinis at Bayu the Label I decided to leave one. I highly reccomend shopping with Bayu. Their Bikinis are a dream and if you have any issues with your order the team are so helpful. It was so refreshing to deal with a brand that cares about their customer.
