I ordered 54 toilet rolls and at first I was pleased with the service I received but on last checking my bank account found out the besides paying 17.20 for these toilet rolls a charge of 9.95 was put through two weeks later. I had ordered nothing but the toilet rolls so be careful as without my purchase another invoice was put though and if I hadn’t been checking my bank purchases, I may not have discovered this. I will not be ordering anything from this company again - be careful if you do!

If I could give 0 I would . Delivered wet packs of washing powder , the outside box was dry ! so obviously packed wet .Emailed them and sent pics , they asked if the powder was ok , well obviously not .Mailed again asking for returns label and why they were taking £9.95 from my bank as I didn’t sign up for a subscription, no reply . Now they have taken another £9.95 . I went on the site as advised by my bank and found membership link and cancelled so hopefully no more payments. I will also block them when this payment is no longer pending, as bank can’t block whilst a payment is pending . So cheap soap powder turned out to be very expensive and not usable . AVOID AVOID AVOID . Just a scam

Ordering was easy and communication was very good.

Really bed packing whole bottle leaked won’t be buying again

What a dodgy site. Made a purchase. No update on where it is. I've sent multiple emails. I have filled in the form on their site. Nothing. Money gone, applied for a refund via credit card. Dont shop on their site unless you want to get scammed.

I ordered some washing up liquid that I can't get hold of in the UK so had already paid £15 for five bottles
A few weeks later whilst I was sat by my dying mothers bedside , I got the notification that the membership payment that they had signed me up fur without me knowing had been taken
I had to leave my mam's beside to be on the phone to my credit card company as I know I hadn't authorised the payment and when I came back my mother was gone
These are a disgusting company who are profiteering from thieving from people without their knowledge
I sincerely hope that no one ever ever ever buys from them again and that the company is fined heavily and forced to close
It should not be allowed to operate this way and I will never forgive this company for what they stole from me

Super quick delivery at a good price, packing around parcel was poor 1 item slightly damaged but we can live with that.

I got scammed like many others.
I purchased a toy for my son that then automatically subscribed me to their monthly £9.95 subscription service.
I did not see this anywhere during the checkout process.

After looking back through emails I can see membership conditions, 3 page lengths down in the terms and conditions

‘ The first time the customer makes a purchase with Bazta, a membership will be added to their shopping basket. The membership fee is £9.95 incl. VAT per month and will be withdrawn from the customer’s credit or debit card each month’

No-one is expecting to read terms and conditions when making a small purchase

I haven't received my goods yet and I don't know what to do

Bought an item and got a monthly subscription because I missed an “filled box”.

Bought a perfume from this website for 38.04€ . Two days later this same marchent tried to charge me 14.95 again ! . They take your card information and tries to charge you randomly. Stay away from this scam site .

Terrible. Tried to take money off my credit card illegally. I never subscribed to this company and they operate a scam pretending customers are subscribing by purchasing an item. Never use this company

Half of the products are missing from the box delivered

Do not buy from Bazra as a scam company don’t be fooled by great prices as I never received my order and still no refund but they was quick to take 9.95 membership fee and my total amount of order. 😡 worst company I’ve ever come across

Fraudulent sighn you up for membership in small print that I didn't ask for use at own risk then refuse to offer refund DONT USE BAZTA FRAUDSTERS

Fraudulent- they sign you up for a subscription that you don’t consent to, and then make it difficult to cancel- no confirmation message of your cancellation or ability to see on your profile that the subscription is cancelled - absolutely predatory behaviour that is tricking a lot of people. Don’t buy!
