Very good. No issues, prompt dispatch and very quick delivery given comong to the UK from Denmark! Items as expected too.
The only thing id note is that it wasnt clear that id be signed up to a subscription as it was written only in small print amd only found out by checking reviews for Bazta post ordering. This should be made clear and upfront before signing up really. Otherwise no concerns or complaints :)

STOP……. Please don’t order from this site. You won’t receive what you paid for and will be charged a subscription. They don’t know the meaning of customer care. They are so rude and you will be paying for it. PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Bought one item and then received a second charge from them about 14 days later. Turns out they sign you up for a paid membership (£9.95) when you buy anything. They deliberately make this unclear. Scammers.

Was not made clear that when purchasing for the first time you are automatically set up for a membership resulting in monthly payments of 9.95. No email confirmation of this from the company, only the invoice for the item. Be aware!!

I ordered a perfume at a reasonable price. I was happy with the product and the service until I got charged SEK 189 more on my card after 14 days of my early order.
After reading on the website, I concluded that I was misled into a membership that I was not aware of and that I did not get any notification of by writing. I tried to sign in to my account, but I could not! I emailed the customer service requesting a refund and to cancel my membership, but I have not received any reply yet or any confirmation email of my request!

Really rich and moisturising

I ordered a hair dye from Bazta as it seemed a good price.
After around 2 weeks I received the order with the complete wrong dye/ colour.
So I contacted them, up to now 3 times to either get the right colour or s refund. After several attempts contacting them, still did not hear anything. Unfortunately they did not offer PayPal so I had to pay with card. No contact and I have the trouble getting my money back. I hope it's not lost. Not happ here.
Not recommended at all.

It was ok until I got 184 sek taken even month mon my account. after searching it seems the fact to buy something from this site automatically apply you to a prime offer which make you pay 184 sek forever... i had to close my account to stop that as it was impossible to find any way to cancel this prime subscription. no mail, no site, no phone number... pure scam..

Do not order anything from this website, as you will create some fake subscription of 15eur per month. Bastards !

No issue at all with the price, communication, speed of delivery and quality of product (children's toy). All absolutely fine.
However, to find a subscription charge hidden in the depth's of the T&C's is unacceptable. Customers should be given clear information up front about this monthly charge prior to deciding whether or not to purchase.
Wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before placing my order!

Poor communication when purchasing. And yes the subscription is hidden in the T&C's but not obvious at the point of purchase. I believe this company needs to be more explicit to save vulnerable people like me getting conned. I spent £6, got charged monthly subscription since Feb. Due to my chemo I've not been well enough to go over my statements till now otherwise I would still be getting ripped off. If the was minus stars that's what I'd select.
