Don't ship glass light bulbs in flexible envelopes. As far as I know the bulb is intact since I have not installed it yet. The OEM box it was in, was flattened.
Seriously, shipping companies are not your friend. Use a box.

Packaging was exceptional and delivery via Fed-ex was timely and without problems. BBQ authority provided an excellent value offering free grill cover and additional discounts.
