I put in an order on the 18th of March expecting my item to be shipped out within 24 hours. My order didn’t ship until the 24th and still hasn’t been delivered.

I have been charged for my order but have yet to received it, so I cannot give a good review.

Update:
I received my pizza oven today; the item is arrived as described. The issue was the shipping. When I ordered it said I’d receive it by the 27th and didn’t receive until the 30th due to it being shipped out later than it should have.

These things happen and I understand which is why I updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars

Product was shipped out fast, communication was great and the barbecue sauce is amazing!!!

Great service and easy to order on line.

I placed an order with BBQ Authority for Napoleon Grill grates. The order was delayed. I called yesterday about the status of the order and i spoke to Michelle. She was wonderful! Within a hour my order was expedited via FEDEX and i am in possesion of my grates as i write this review today!!!

My oven was shipped very promptly, but it arrived with a broken pizza stone. These things happen, so I called customer service. They told me to send pictures of the stone and packaging, which I did immediately. It's been crickets since then. Today I emailed the manufacturer, and within hours the manufacturer sent a new stone. I'm somewhat underwhelmed with BBQ Authority's customer service.

I like to support veteran owned businesses, the price on the grill I bought at The BBQ Authority was pretty much the same as any of the Napoleon retailers, they shipped it out the next day, after assembling my grill there was another box with my delivery, it was an appreciation present and a HANDWRITTEN NOTE, not a computer note with a auto pen signature, a genuine hand written thank you note from Marilyn. Thank you for that. Jay
