I ordered and received a round BBQ hot plate to fit my Webber kettle. It is very high in quality and it took me some time searching for the right hot plate to suit my BBQ. The delivery was excellent with good tracking and correspondence from the business. Would be happy to buy from them again.

Ordered a last minute Father’s Day gift and was skeptical as to whether it would be delivered in time. For reference, I ordered Thursday afternoon and needed it delivered by Sunday morning. I had asked the customer care team online via web chat whether they thought it’d come in time, or if there was anything I could do to get the order to be delivered in time. A very kind customer service representative advised me that I would likely receive the item in time if I ordered through express shipping, but I understood that there wasn’t much they could do once the item was with Aus Post. Nevertheless, 24 hours later, the item has been delivered! Well in advance of the deadline. In great condition, exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service from these guys.

Beyond sensational!!! We could not have been happier with our purchase. We tested the rotisserie out with just one piece of lamb to be sure we had the timing etc right and then launched into a function at home for 30 friends, two pieces of lamb, a piece of pork, piece of beef and chicken. Everything cooked to perfection with barely a poke with the tongs from us. If you have been thinking about getting one, just do it!
