thank you for your thoughts. We offer two different kind of devices. A plastic one and aluminium one.
They both perform exactly the same in sense of functionality, but of course a block of aluminium is much more expensive than a plastic injected case, thus the different price points and of course the feeling associated with the handling of the device.
Some users do not really have a preference beyond the functionality, where some appreciate the premium touch. Thus we even created the Diamond/Gold models!

Not very good. Spent over 300 pounds to receive a product I can’t use. I had to buy adapters separately but they never arrived. The company never refunded me after many emails. Wasted a lot of money. Have ordered another cold wallet now.

we are sorry you encountered an issue, but the reason you need an adapter is your laptop only has USB C ports, where the device comes with regular USB A cable (as most of the devices on the market). It is perfectly normal, that you need an USB C to USB A adapter for most of the devices on the Macbook for example.
In regards to the refund, we offer full refund to any customer not satisfied with the BC Vault. Please provide us with a ticket number of your request so we can check your request for refund or purchase of the USB C adapter.
