My experience with BC vault
On two separate occasions I had an issue with my wallet that was resolved really quickly. The help I received the second time was even after my warranty was up They are a great company deal with.

As stated in the Online shop, custom units need 3-4 weeks of processing as they are individually made. In case of larger number of orders it might take additional weak.

device is performing as it should. You mixed up password with pin. Password is entered on the keyboard (letters, numbers, symbols…) and pin on the device. Pin is only assembled from directions “up, down, left and right”. Of course the display does not show actual direction as that would be vulnerability. Thus you set your pin as for example “up up down down”. Please revisit the videos.
We also do not have any support ticket under your name.

we support over one million coins as we support ALL ERC20, BRC20, BSC+BC, Crypto.org CRC20, Heco....tokens. Maybe you did miss that point and think, those are not supported. Please see the following article:

You can send ERC20 tokens to your Ether wallet and then simply use Autodetect to add the definitions for that tokens!

Low Amount of Assets Supported
I like everything about the BC Vault - it's design, ease of use, and security, I just wish it supported more CCs. If they can begin supporting more L-1 blockchains, they would corner the market.

great product needing better documentation
you need to update your information page on coin support and wallet creation. unfortunately ledger does a much better job communicating information on how to perform certain tasks. bc accels with the number of videos they have which made transitioning from ledger easier but when I had questions I had to connect a lot of dots myself and still do not have all the answers I seek. copy ledgers coin support pages and wallet creation support pages and you ll be 5 stars all day. bc is a much better product than ledger.

At the end of the day we just want our assets to be safely stored correct? I like the fact that BCVault doesn’t have 24 word seed phrase, instead it has main password +pin as well as password+pin for each asset. Yes, extra steps, but these steps are simple for the sake of your peace of mind. Customer service Rocks! Fast, Sweet and Helpful! You rarely get that now days. Set up was easy. No concerns. Got my vault about two weeks ago. Set up was pretty straight forward with a great start up tutorial included upon set up. I have had no problem sending or receiving my crypto in any amount. I like the graph of how much of your portfolio is in which coin. I have not been able to find to many videos on youtube for a current review as all of them are from 2021. But so far my experience is great. Each crypto you add you can have a different password and pass code for each so even if one did ever get hacked they cant get the rest of them. They put their money where their mouth is and if you can hack their vault then you get a little over one bitcoin
