I initially believed I had secured a fantastic bargain, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. With positive expectations, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. They assured me that the exterior had undergone machine polishing, yet it arrived marred with scratches. Similarly, the engine was supposed to be steam cleaned, but it came covered in grease, oil, and dirt.To make matters worse, they claimed my car was too old to sell, only to list it on their website the following day at £2.5k more than their offer to me.Additionally, the warranty seems utterly ineffective and lacking in any real value.

Jack helped me pick the pwrfect car for me and the peocess was second to none excellent service Jack was so helpful he called to ask if the car was ok after i made the purchase. Cannot fault this car dealership. Thanks Jack

Great buying experience from Jack Taylor based in Bury. A used 20 plate Seat Arona turned out like a new car on collection. Just returned to pick up personalised plates which were supplied at no cost. BCC go out to win customers and future recommendations. Well done.

I recently purchased a used car from Deon, what can I say... he went above and beyond from the moment we first spoke on the phone to deliver the BEST new car experience that I have ever received.
The entire team and General Manager Simon are just great down to earth people and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everybody that I know.

I Recently purchased a Suzuki Swift from BCC cars - I was impressed with the selection of other used cars ( non Hyundai ) they had on their forecourt. I had an issue with a vibration at certain speeds which they kindly investigated at their own cost . I also had the pleasure of being in contact with everyone at BCC from Mike , Simon and Matthew /Ryan - they were all very helpful but particularly Mike Holt the chairman who was very understanding of my situation and is a great representative of the company . Simon the general manager also had a good knowledge of cars and I can see how the combination of skill sets leads to a successful company - keep up the good work

I've just bought my used VW T-Cross from BCC. I'd been to a few places and found everyone at BCC really helpful (not like the "pushy salesmen" we women have to suffer sometimes mansplaining things to us).
Deon was super helpful and a minor issue after I bought the vehicle was dealt with very swiftly.
I have no hesitation in recommending both Deon & BCC.

Bought my new Nissan qashqai. Really happy with the service provided. We were greeted straight away by a young gentleman called Matthew Crane, when we arrived and he immediately organised a test drive for us. I was so comfortable as no one was sent with us during the test drive as that would have stressed me out. Matthew then helped us with the deal on our purchase. I was impressed because the staff were very helpful and relaxed - not pushy!! Love my new car!!!!! Thank you to the team! I would definitely recommend this car garage👍

Brilliant service from Simon and his team. We travelled from Yorkshire to purchase a car from this garage after my friend recommended them. Great service from start to finish, Deon was very helpful throughout. Quality cars at great prices and the customer service is amazing. Recent visit to Hyundai bury for my cars service. All the staff were very helpful, there was a small problem, however due to excellent communication within all the departments it was soon sorted out. I highly recommend using this garage.

Avoid BCC bury. We were sold a 21 plate, used hyundai EV at an extortionate price. Around 18 months later, the value of the car has dropped a ridiculous £16,000 in value.

Cars do not depreciate this much unless they are oversold to begin with. Other hyundai dealers in the area are shocked and advised us to avoid BCC in the future.

We put a lot of cash into the sale and that has been completely decimated! We may have well lit a pile of cash on fire and walked away.

Kieran Menzies is a credit to BCC and a true professional. Car purchased with ease and Kieran led every step of the way, whole heartedly recommend and will be back again....................

Had a sevice and two new tyres yesterday. Scott on the service desk was brilliant and my courtesy car was only the car of the year

First time I have met such professionals and well mannered technicians.

My partner and I recently purchased a car from BCC Cars in Bury on the 9th November. We had first class service from start to finish and my contact Deon was amazing, helped us all the way through the process, very reassuring and then drove the car to us in the Midlands.
its quite a big investment buying a newer car and we felt especially cautious as we travelled 80 miles to see it and test drive. Your not always sure when going to view new/used cars and it being out our area etc, but we had nothing to fear as when we arrived we had a very warm welcome and the car was wonderful, it lived up to the video we were sent and more plus a great test drive.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending BCC Cars and when ready to change for another car will definitely go there first. Thank you Deon... Jackie Kirby

sold a car that was not fit for purpose and illegal and even put a full MOT on it which again should not of passed which they knew.

kept my deposit for a scuff on wheels
