Had a faultless experience - Callum was superb, patiently answered all of our questions and explained everything we wanted to know to give us peace of mind and confidence before we decided to go for the car.
The whole process was seamless, and we received excellent customer service throughout which was much appreciated.
Would recommend anyone to come here for used cars - they’ll definitely look after you! The customer care package with purchases is also very attractive.

I brought a car (2007 Renault Clio) from them in August, which they kindly put on the ferry for me, as I was off island at the time. I really thought they were a decent company as during covid-19 with all the lockdowns we agreed a payment plan, although the car wasn't that expensive, it was helpful to pay in instalments.
The faults that were later discovered weren't mentioned in the online advertisement, nor were they shown on the photos, so I had no way of knowing this, so certainly wouldn't recommend buying a car from this company, as they changed their trading name due to bad press.
There were dents, scratches, and marks all over the car, not showing up in photos due to the angle of the camera and the black colour. Even one of the wing mirrors were smashed underneath, which I had to replace at a cost soon afterwards.
When I had a full service conducted on the vehicle soon after collecting it at the port, it was revealed that this car had had some major damage done to it at the front, bumper had been replaced and damage strapped/taped in engine area.
I have had nothing but trouble from this basic car since I brought it, at a total cost of over 2K, nearly the price I actually paid for it!
I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership ever again and have warned others too.

My car buying history leaves a lot to be desired. However, this Company has restored my confidence. Because of my past experience- I spent a lot of time trying to decide on my next vehicle. I knew I wanted some form of hybrid (fuel prices being what they are ) and to reduce other costs e.g. road tax. I am not a 'petrol head' - although I think I can still recognise a decent vehicle.
Cut to the chase- dealing with BCC was exemplary. Both Simon (Si ) and Ben were very helpful- but Charliee Dart ( sales/aftersales) is a testament to how car sales and after sales support should be.
I am extremely happy with my purchase- and look forward to using my 'new' vehicle. I don't envisage any problems- but feel sure I can rely on this Company ( particularly Charliee) to do all reasonably possible to assist.
