AA make things harder
Trying to set up on the Internet is a pain all I wanted was to insure my car and pay i don't know why the AA have to get involved. 2 hours to get it set up and came away not knowing if I have insurance, still don't know where the policy is. Will it come in the post or if its online how can I find it .beam have contacted me and sorted things out now i can say my new experience was 5 star .nobody always gets everything right but the response was excellent. I think changing to beam was the right choice.
