I’m very happy with my car insurance. It was cheaper than what I had before. The Customer Service gentleman was very kind, considerate and explained everything in detail.

No paper documents
I had misread the instructions on signing up. I ticked email because I wanted online account. I did not realise this also meant I could not have hard copies of my insurance documents. After much disruption and difficulties at the local library I have managed to get printouts. I do not own a printer. It would be better to have printed insurance documents without all this messing about. Sometimes in a crisis you lose access to the internet and online accounts do a paper copy is essential

Not as competitive with other companies considering i have aa membership breakdown for over 30 yrs and car insurance !!! The price for home insurance was high so no benefits for me even though you say 15% off for members ! Your price was the same as others

Customer care service
After phoning my previous car insurance company who were rude, calling you was the complete opposite. The call handler was friendly, and knowledgeable. The lady couldn't have been more helpful

First-class Service got a quote from yous and I couldn't believe it was half the price of the quote I received from my current insurance company. So it was a no brainer from me..it was all done in a few minutes with no hassle.No hesitation in recommending the AA for there service and cost.
