Two of the plants from a previous order have died and I got great assistance from Vanshika to order them again at half price, whilst also ordering some other items at the online 20% discount.
Very happy with the customer care, and the other plants I’ve received.

I ordered a faux bamboo plant and another couple of items. As soon as I opened the package I could see it in no way resembled the online portrayal. There were ugly bright yellow bits with no leaves. Reported my disappointment to the company, who would only refund the cost of the plant and not the cost of return. I would say the product was not fit for purpose and sadly i won’t be using them again. I have just received a very nice note from Beards and Daisies along with a refund. So I am happier although still disappointed that it wasn’t as portrayed online. The other 2 plants I bought were absolutely fine.

I had an issue with delivery of my orchid and so I contacted customer service . They responded quickly and within a couple of hours the situation was resolved and replacement orchid on the way! Amazing
I’ve ordered from them before and each time, I get a well packaged healthy plant.

Beautiful healthy plants and great customer service after disappointingly the courier left my plants at the wrong address. Not the fault of Beards and Daisies I hasten to add. Beards and Daisies sorted the issue very quickly and kept me updated. Got my replacement plants quickly and they were worth waiting for. Thank you to Vanshika and the team, very pleased. I'll be buying from these guys again. A trusted company who care about their customers so dont hesitate to buy from them.

Fabulous customer support.
First plant arrived in a broken box totally smashed. After taking pics and sending them in customer support immediately sent a replacement plant. This arrived yesterday in good condition. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I got a birds of paradise plant, zz plant, and a fiddle leaf fig. I got a named day delivery and it arrived in good condition. I am really happy with the plants. Unfortunately the FLF plant was stressed and started browning and dropping leaves. I was able to get in touch with the customer service team within 3 days.

Vanshika was able to sort this out really easily and efficiently. I got a replacement plant and it arrived the very next day in an amazing condition. I am really happy with the service I received.

I looking forward to getting other plants and accessories/products in the future from Beards and Daisies.

I ordered 2 plants and one arrived with slightly damaged leaves. I sent a photo to customer services and was sent a replacement immediately. Brilliant service!

Excellent customer service! I had to amend the delivery details for my order and the response was super quick, even though it was late evening. Vanshika was very helpful and professional in her response. The plants I’ve bought previously have been good quality so would happily recommend Beards & Daisies

Terrible customer service, I ordered a pack of 5 plants for around £200 and accidently paid for select day delivery twice (for the 13th July) I contacted customer services and the responded quickly and after a few emails back and forth I was refunded for one of the selected days... great, but I then asked when my plants would be delivered as this was resolved the day after the original select date due to confusion in my refund request which I understand. And I have not had a response since so if its something they can answer they will respond straight away but a simple question like when are my plants due to be delivered and I get ignored!! I had very high hopes for these but I will not be using them again... and if I dont get my plants soon ill be doing a charge back

Excellent customer service. Really helpful advice for plant care when I reached out to them. Instant replacement for one of my plants that turned a little brown most likely during transit.

Update: delivered in battered boxes crushed and pretty much dead. Sent 3 emails & photos to customer service and they won't reply to me now they've been delivered

Really poor experience.
Ordered for next day delivery, it didn't arrive.
Contacted customer services, they claimed to have emailed to say some items out of stock.
Not an issue, asked them to send without the items but requested they refund me for next day delivery as they didn't fulfil this. They refunded next day and decided they didn't have to deliver for another week. They didn't confirm a delivery date and attempted to deliver when I was away (hence why I had requested and paid for next day for the previous week as I knew I'd be away the following week).
I've spent c.£200 and still nothing.
Put in a rescheduled date for when I would be in, tomorrow, and this was ignored and attempted again today despite me confirming a date I would be in.
Really frustrating and likely my trees/plants will be dead or damaged at this point.
Will never use again and I had been using previously.
I'd rather just get my money back at this point and go to someone reliable.
Don't waste your money.

Easy to find what you wanted, great selection and loved the packaging.
Outdoor plants were cared for prior to delivery.
Customer support was quick and caring.

Great company, easy to order, delivered quickly and very well packaged. Lovely plants. Any issues are sorted very efficiently and you actually speak to a human in live chat! Very pleased with customer service when i had a question, quick to respond and very reassuring
