I am a new plant parent and the customer service Ash has provided me is phenomenal! You can tell by the responses to my emails that she genuinely cares about the customer’s experience. In an age where good customer service is a rarity its soo refreshing to see someone goes the extra mile. She’s a total keeper!

The initial orchid arrived in an unhappy state but on contacting the company Vanshika in customer service was brilliant. Within 1 day of contacting customer a very beautiful replacement arrived.

I've ordered plants from Beards and Daisies several times now. I love how they categories the plants on care level, it makes it so much easier when deciding what to get, and most plants come in various sizes, which is brilliant, and with the option to buy pots. I've ordered all of mine with optional root treatment as well. The plants arrive so well boxed, and if there are any issues, the staff are so quick to respond, I recently had one plant in my order perish en route to me, understandable given the temperatures at the moment,Vanshika organised a beautiful replacement within days. Every plant I've ordered has been so healthy looking, in superb condition, with planting instructions. Honestly, it takes the stress out of trailing round shops looking at the best/right plant, as all the info is on the website. Highly recommend Beards and Daisies.😃

I had a problem with my order but customer services contacted me and made a great job of rectifying the issue. They were just lovely and I can’t wait to receive my plants on Friday. Well done, others woukd do well to copy your level of customer service.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Beards & Daisies! I ordered two plants, and unfortunately there was a mistake with one of them in my order. I contacted them, and Rosie was absolutely brilliant, she sorted out the issue instantly, with no hassle, and arranged for the correct plant to be sent out straight away.

The customer service was exceptional, and the plants themselves are absolutely beautiful. You can really see the care that goes into every order.
I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Awful company. Avoid. Plants don’t last even last a month, and when you complain, they offer you a replacement but you have to pay out again (50%), so this “12 month plant happiness guarantee” thing is total rubbish, it’s just a gimmick. Their customer service team are patronising and disingenuous, just reading from scripts, condesending, no true customer care behind it. Waste of money. Would not recommend.

So excited when I received the 2 boxes of plants I’d ordered for a treat to myself! They arrived very quickly like magic- completely perfect inside the clever boxes. Had them straight into nice terracotta pots and so far they're very happy, I am too. Thank you. I’d highly recommend Beards and Daisies.!

My order came missing an item and Vanshika was very responsive and quick to find a solution for me. They shipped the missing item which delivered to my place the next morning. Amazing!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from beards and daises now and on both occasions I’ve been impressed by the quality of the plants and different choices of vases. On my second order, one of my plant pots was smashed by the courier and Ash from the customer service team quickly resolved my issue and agreed to send out a replacement vase. Will definitely be ordering again, thank you :)

Amazing service. There was an issue at our end with the concierge at my daughter’s flat not accepting the delivery. Beards and Daisies customer service were amazing. Answered my email within 2 hours and sorted it all out for free! Customer service like that is really rare these days and plants look great too! Can’t rate this company highly enough 😀

First time using this company and I’m very impressed. The cowboy cactus was exceptionally well packaged and not a grain of soil came out during transit. The item arrived on the correct day selected for delivery and it has made the perfect birthday present.

One of the items from my order was out of stock, and I was contacted promptly to offer me a choice of resolutions including a replacement item or a refund of the out of stock item. Their customer service was incredibly prompt and friendly. One item (a plant pot) broken in transit and I emailed them to let them know. I received shipping confirmation of a replacement pot within a few minutes of emailing, and an email to confirm the same shortly afterward. Amazing service.

I sent an email asking for the order to be amended which they did quickly and efficiently and reimbursed the difference swiftly

I am really glad to have such lovely plants from Beards & Daisies, I also would like to thank the customer service tram for their support, I had issues with one of my plants and they replaced it for me with another one and with free shipping! The first plant was of poor quality and I was surprised because all previous orders have been of excellent quality. I contacted customer services and sent a photograph and in no time they replaced the original plant with a different one which is of exactly the quality I expect from B&D. Couldn’t be happier with the plant and with the way my complaint was dealt with. Excellent customer service .

I have ordered several times from B&D and i have never been disappointed. I have also ordered from various other online plant shops but none match the professionalism in packing and quality.
