Shoes were delivered within a reasonable timescale considering their journey from China and I did get regular updates. The shoes are comfortable and as described on the website. The next test is how they stand up to use. So far I'm happy with my purchase and I've had comments on how stylish the shoes look.

Horrible cheap shoes never buy!
Total scam. Thought they were made and shipped through Canada .

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been wearing bare foot shoes for a few years now. But the other two pairs I own seem bulky. By that I mean they are not only wide at the toe box, but they are wide shoes. I have a narrow foot. I appreciate the toe box being wide to allow my toes to spread. But I don’t need for the rest of the shoe to also be wider than normal. I’d have to tie the laces tighter to rein in the sides of the shoe, which caused a problem because that was tight on my high instep. These Bearefoot shoes fit like a glove. They slip on easily and hug my foot where I need it, while leaving the toes freedom to spread as they should. I like that I don’t have to reach down and tie any laces. Thank you.

I ordered shoes in my size and when I received the shoes, they turned out to be small (my size did not fit). I asked to change the size and they immediately sent me a pair of shoes in the new size, at no extra charge and without requesting a refund of the previous shoes. The service was excellent. And the new shoes are very comfortable. Thank you

Big flashy discount but still very expensive for the very poor quality they offer. And I bought the limited edition yellow and black which should be higher quality than their average. When I asked to get a refund they asked me to pay $55 for shipping them back. They offers me another pair instead for free which I did accept for obvious reasons, of a different type and yes I’ve got it but quality wise was even cheaper material that the first one. AVOID OR BE RIPPED OFF

I bought one from the drifters series. Very light and very comfortable breathable shoes. Great ergonomics for foot work.

I've ordered 2 pair of shoes for a little over 100€. Now sadly they aren't the right shoes for me. I issued a return and now, after several attempts of keeping the shoes for -50% they are charging me 25$ costs for the return.

I dont understand how they can discount me for 50% for a total of 50€ discount. But now still charge me 25$ for their "expenses". They offer 30 day money back so in my opinion its not fair to keep the 25$.

The customer service is exceptional. They really stand behind their products and customer satisfaction is very important to them.
I ordered a pair of Groovers. I found out that I ordered them too small for my feet. I initiated the exchange for a size up and the folks at Bearefoot told me that I can keep the Groovers and that they will send me a new pair at no additional cost to me. This is outstanding and speaks for the company.
My partner just ordered her own pair of “Clouders”. We are very happy customers.

Time from ordering to receipt was longer than expected.
Shoes are wonderful.
Maybe I should have ordered a couple of inner soles as well.
Otherwise very satisfied.

Excellent footwear. I use them for training for boxing and working out. I get better grip and feel like I have better form as well.

Shoes are as advertised. Size is correct. They are comfortable and fit well around my feet. I like being able to slip them on and off without having to tie them each time. I’d rather not wear anything on my feet, but when I have too, these are the next best thing. Delivery time would be my only complaint. 3 weeks and 3 days.

As a professional slalom skateboarding and squeezing my feet into tight shoes often. It is nice to have a comfortable shoe that allows my toes some space and my feet a soft pad. Thank you.

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of receiving in my entire life. Ordered shoes two months ago and I still don’t have them. They lied time and time again blaming Evri delivery and saying my address was wrong. My address has been the same for 20 years. After weeks of this I attempted time and time again to request them to be sent again or refund me my full £80. They did neither - after weeks of chasing and receiving automatically generated emails I got a “Tom Olga” responding finally - however zero correct info again and zero resolution. All they had to do was re send the shoes or refund my money. After weeks of irritation I contacted my bank who are now dealing with it - but be warned, this company will scam you the same way they did me. Couldn’t recommend a company less in my life - and I thought Evri were bad. This company are beyond disgraceful. Be warned - May - July 2026 still unresolved

I can't explain how cheap and nasty these barefoot trainers are. I cannot believe the star rating of 4.2 to the extent that I believe it's fixed. The shoes are so bad, they're clearly a very poor low end construction. They don't even have inner soles in both shoes. I'm not even bothering to return them as I believe it'll be a battle. I'm now very suspect of "SHOP" Approval procedures.
I was conned into a second pair! They're both in the bin now. My wallet is £90 lighter for the experience, but if this persuades a few people to avoid purchasing these horrendous shoes then at least I've prevented daylight robbery for other people.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever tried. They are so light as well they are the perfect shoes to use while travelling . I am going to wear them everywhere
