I am very happy with the product, just not with the delivery time, perhaps due to being delivered to South Africa.

This is a scam. I live in a managed building and deliveries are placed into secure lockers immediately. The package wasn't delivered. Very unhelpful responses from Bearefoot to my emails. They're just generic/automatic replies. They obviously have no intention of replacing or refunding the item.

Overpriced shoes and the feel is poor quality.... I'll explain..... Purchased two pairs that arrived in a cheap plastic wrap with the advertised eco friendly packaging on the outside! Had to exchange a pair as they were too big. Good service here (but with a snag) The exchange was free and they allowed me to keep the shoes to donate or give away. Now you may wonder how they can afford to 'give away' their product like this. Well I have a pair of aqua shoes that I got in Aldi for £5 and the quality is the same if not better than the bearefoot product!!!. I suspect both brands were made in china somewhere, possibly in the same factory!!! The bearefoot product I purchased had been 'discounted' to £50 but I totally understood how they can afford to give away their unused products like this owning my Aldi alternative. The toggles on the shoes I needed exchanged were also way too long, obviously not passed quality control, they'd drag along the ground and you'd trip on them. overall it felt like I'd been scammed. To add insult to injury I was emailed several times to leave a review with them, even after I explained I would do so once I had received the replacement. Very unprofessional. Good idea for a shoe marketing wise, I'd give them 5stars for that but well overpriced for what they are. Should have requested my money back sadly. Benefit from my mistake, this company is spending a fortune on advertising for an okay product. If you enjoy being sucked in by cheap branding gimmicks on you go... Though I'd recommend Aldi instead!

Received them the day we have several guests at the house. When I opened the pkg, I had to try them on right away....I was so impressed.....walked diwnstairs to great our guests and they immediately commented....whats on your feet?..... followed by a lot of questions.....which now I have to get back to them with my review.....My review...love them!! Wore them all day...on my feet the whole time......you should be getting a couple new orders from them as well as myself!

The quality of the Bearefoot shoe exceeded my expectations. I have ordered shoes online from other companies and received 2/10 quality. Bearefoot has been 10/10. The customer service also exceeded expectations.

Really like my new shoes. I usually wear a size 9 but this size 9 is a little big, but still I am keeping them. I would only say shipping time could be a little faster. Guess we are spoiled with next day Amazon.

I wanted to drop a note about these shoes. They look great and they feel really good while your walking around. But you have to understand these were purchased because I have been wearing K-Swiss shoes for several years. In my past I have been an athlete playing Baseball, Softball, Volleyball and I have fly fished since I was 5 years old. I have always had exceptional balance but as I grow older my balance has begun to fail me. After speaking to my doctor I decided to do as he said and rebuild my balance by wearing something that would help. The Bearefoot product does this by putting your feet in touch with the ground. This enables the nerves in your feet to help you detect what the ground actually feels like.
As your nerves send these impulses to your feet, they enable you to begin to rebuild your balance over time. After wearing these for just a few weeks so far I can already feel my balance coming back to my pre K-Swiss days and I am far more able to walk on trails and wade the rivers as I wear them. I will always have at least one pair of these shoes on hand as I continue to repair the damage those thick soles shoes have caused.

I was so excited to get my shoes. Sadly they were a bit big. I was blown away when they offered to send me new ones without sending these back. Now my sister has some too. 🤣I will definitely buy more. Customer service is hard to come by these days and many companies could learn from them.❤️

I had neve tried barefoot shoes. The price was good. The package arrived on time. I enjoy wearing the shoes inside and outside of the house.

Took longer than I was hoping to receive my order, I love the shoe itself but the size is a hair too big after using the sites sizing chart. But because it took so long to order I will just keep them hopefully I’ll order another pair just a bit smaller. That’s the only drawback of online shoe purchase.

The shoes are exactly as photos, very confortable!

I like the shoes, but the delivery was slow. Will see how they hold up before ordering again.

They were a long time coming - I had to send an email asking where they were... but once on my feet I haven't taken them off again! Fabulous shoes. So comfy - and good looking too!

Delivered when promised and comfortable to walk in. Much lighter than I expected but felt nice and roomy, no squashed toes or painful rubbing and I enjoyed a long walk on our first outing with zero blisters or painful feet

The product I ordered was too small but the service I got when I was returning it was exemplary thank you

I got my order a week before the estimated time, for now I’m wearing my 2 pairs for 10 days or so and I’m really enjoying them. Super comfy light weight and surprisingly durable. At first glance they might’ve looked a bit cheap but they grip very good on bad outdoor terrains and sometimes I forget I’m actually wearing shoes haha, super satisfied and I love the design. Definitely will get another pair.
