I received three fake Labubu’s, have tried reaching out to the company via email and just get a generic response. One of the Labubu’s was ripped down the back. I’m contacting my credit card company as well as the FTC.

Scammers!

Rip off! They are selling fake La Bubu’s and claiming them to be real. I hate crap like this. They are selling them for about the same price. Do yourself a favor and just go through Pop Mart. My poor little girl was so disappointed. Those toys aren’t worth $1!

Not real labubus

My daughter had been waiting for her
Labubus for over two weeks and when she opened them, she immediately recognized they were fake. She knew they were fake because the ears,feet,and hands don’t look like real labubus. The color of the material is darker. They do make the wrapping and the box look legit.

Went silent after charging me

I ordered a labubu more than 12 days ago and two days after ordering, it said it shipped. I awaited a tracking number, and none ever came. Buyer Beware - definitely a scam

Placed an order June 23rd. Their site made it appear that this was a NY based company. Much to my surprise, when we received the tracking information, it was 'shipped' from China. I immediately questioned this and whether the product was legitimate or a counterfeit knockoff. Several days later I got a reply that did not answer my question, nor did the tracking ever update to indicate the order was shipped. A month later - still no update on shipping. Disputed the charge as a scam.

Disappointed Momma ...

I placed an order on June 25th for the 6 pack of Big Into Energy Exciting Macaron Labubus, the money was taken out of my bank account the same day. I received an email on July 4th saying that my order had shipped but when I click the "Track your order", it just goes to a blank page. I emailed the company about the tracking but only received a blanket response about shipping being 14-21 days. It is now July 22nd and I have not received the order. My daughters birthday is on the 31st and now I have to scramble to try to find another gift idea. Really disappointing.

The Product is Good

I placed an order on July 4 2025 for the 6 Pack Spot Labubu 3.0 Front High Energy Vinyl Plush Series Blind Box with order ID SL2327. It was delivered on July 20, so the delivery took 16 days in total.

The product is good and exactly as described. The figures look just like the photos and I’m happy with what I received. That said the packaging could be improved. It wasn’t damaged but felt a bit light and not very secure. Also if possible I’d suggest reducing the delivery time to around 10 days. Overall the product is solid but there’s room to improve on speed and packaging.

This company is a scam!

I ordered a few things for my daughter's birthday. My order was placed on June 27th. I finally received a tracking number, but that was AFTER I TRIED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND ASK FOR A REFUND. I ordered from Bears R Us on July 4 2025 my order ID was SL-2694 and received the package today July 18 2025. It took around 14 days to arrive. At first I was a bit anxious because I couldn’t track the order for the first two days. On the third day I received a tracking link from 17track net and it worked properly from then on. They kept me informed through email at every stage including confirmation dispatch tracking updates and delivery.
The package was delivered right to my doorstep. It was well packed and the doll inside looks exactly as described.
Even though the delivery took a bit longer than expected the communication was clear and the product quality is good. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.
