WOW! I wish I came here before I ordered the 2 Labubu"s. Same story for me dating back to June 20th my order, never got a shipping confirmation at all then I started sending emails to find out why!?After a week or so, same thing it takes days for them to send a email back only to say they are experiencing huge delays and to be patient! .....Then finally one day they say its shipped!.....Only now I cannot find the tracking info!!!???Does not exist!? The tracking number does not exist.?...its all Bogus! Now I have to fight with my credit card to get my money back! Never again! ...Save yourself some grief, BEWARE!

They sell fake Labubus yet advertise that they are authentic. They sell Lafufus. You receive a shipping notification and it looks like it is in China and then poof, they arrive out of the blue from an address in Long Beach.

UNETHICAL COMPANY!

I ordered 2 labubus June 16th for a grandchild's birthday that has come and gone and a grandchild that is still waiting.
I did receive receipt of my order.
I never got a tracking number.
After 2 weeks I sent an email requesting information regarding my order. No response. Another week, another email, no response.
I paid thru PayPal, contacted them and they're going to contact company.
This is an unethical company that is corrupt and dishonorable.
Their attempts to satiate us into believing how sorry they are for such poor business behaviors and customer service is just another underhanded deception.

I ordered 2 labubus from here and initially was sent a tracking number showing a package was on it's way. So I believe they send fake tracking numbers to pacify you then keep your money. BUYER BEWARE! I reached out to their customer service and never heard back.

I’m definitely unsatisfied I received an update yesterday with the date of today which is really strange. It was supposed to be a 3 to 5 day delivery I ordered on June 16th it still didn’t come. I put the order date on shop and it says there’s no order with this number!

I was also scammed. I ordered a labubu 10 days ago before looking at reviews. They give you a tracking # but it goes to a fake tracking site out of china. It says my item is sitting at a port for 5 days. Now I have to fight my bank for a refund and my daughter is crushed. This was her birthday gift

Absolute scam

Never got a shipping number

I ordered a product and never got a tracking number after waiting five days. I contact them and they apologized and said I might have to wait even longer, but could not give me a definite ship by date or any information regarding my order if it was coming soon or later. They only apologize for the inconvenience which no way helped seeing a pre written text for sorry. When I told them I would like to cancel my order they said they had no issue, but then tried to pull the high road saying that they might not be able to in the end. I got my money back, but I will never buy anything from this website it does not seem well kept or managed correctly. Please be advise I waited 3 days just for a reply each time we spoke wasting a lot of time.

Absolute SCAM! Tried to buy a labubu for my little sister and they never showed up. This company has no phone to contact and the only form of communication they provide is an email that they don’t even respond to so you won’t even get a refund. If you haven’t bought anything from them yet, DONT! It’s not worth the headache! If you were tricked like I was, best chance is to dispute the transaction through your bank and monitor for fraud on your card.
