Company pretending to be in the UK, then presenting a 4-8 week delivery time after purchase.

There was still no notification of delivery times, I had to search your site and look online for an idea of how long it would take.

OLD: Ordered an RDX boxing bag, it said nothing about the delivery time on the order screen, after I had purchased my order they said the delivery time would be 3 weeks, they have recently texted me saying that the product I ordered has been discontinued, and offered another boxing bag as a substitute in black or pink, I emailed them saying I would like the black substitute, but haven’t received any confirmation regarding my order, rubbish company, terrible service

also look at all the 1 star reviews, they are verified while the 5 star reviews are not, they are fake.

UPDATE: I eventually received a reply, and they sent the bag, but they sent a pink one instead of the black one I asked for, (it was mostly down to Rdx fault because they ordered it straight from the supplier and they did ask for black) after receiving the wrong bag they offered to return it for a black one, but gave me a 50% refund instead.

Excellent customer service. I made an order online and received the confirmation email stating the goods would be with me within a certain timeframe.
I explained that unfortunately it was slightly too long as I was leaving the country for work and needed them sooner.
The order was cancelled immediately for me with a very polite confirmatory email.
Great products on site which I shall take advantage of on my return.

A reliable store, willing to help - with competent staff and high-class sports equipment. I have been doing various shopping there for a year and I have not yet been disappointed, despite a number of difficulties caused by the pandemic. The staff always contacts and calls back - in the case of busy calls, they carefully look at the problem and offer fully personalized and the best solutions. A shop where you feel the full commitment of the crew to the process of helping the customer. After a year of contacts with the company - I sincerely recommend it.

Recently ordered from these guys after seeing a Facebook ad which always leaves a little doubt in the back of your mind. As I am extremely impatient after a week I contacted their customer service who were beyond helpful and answered all of my, I’m sure annoying questions. days later my order arrived delivered by the beast factory team themselves who were again beyond helpful actually carrying the items into my gym with a smile on their faces! The products are all top notch and at a fraction of the price I could find elsewhere online. Will deffo be going back.

If you are looking for equipment for your own gym, I really recommend it! E-mail and telephone contact at the highest level. The turnaround time is much slower compared to other stores but they will customaze order for you. So you can chose colour, material, frame… I have had the pleasure to order from. I recommend highly!

It took 4 months for this company to deliver my purchases. When it did arrive items we're missing so I had to continue to wait. I would never have bought from them initially if knew I had to wait so long. I will not be buying from this company again. I do not recommend.

Had an issue at the start with not really knowing what's going on, but spoke to some people on the phone and they managed to help sort something out, turned up today 🤝🏼
