They simply stop working after about an hour. I’ve had them about 5 months and got caught like everyone else with good reviews on a consumer review website.
Basically they are a scam company as everyone on here has mentioned
When you click on the contact us link from the invoice it doesn’t work.
I’ve managed to email them and don’t expect any response. A lesson learned indeed
A horrible scam, beware!
A horrible scam, beware! The price you think you are paying when you press complete payment button is different to what they actually take from your account!
When I clicked pay for amount of £49.96, they then automatically took £71.90 from my account!
I then emailed them immediately to say I know want the item as wasn’t expecting to pay that amount, they then send automated response saying they are looking into it and then next email is few days later saying item has been shipped! And now I am fighting with them to get refund on shipping cost to send item back!
Worst fears confounded
I ordered a pair of these earbuds after reading a review by UKConsumerExperts that gave a glowing best value award. My heart sank when I read the Trust pilot reviews that were either damning or suspiciously glowing 5* recommendations. My concern was heightened when my bank contacted me asking if this was a genuine purchase. Their AI software seemed to have picked up the unusual mix of reviews and flagged a possible fraud or scam.
They've arrived within 10days and so far all is well. The first ear buds ever to sit comfortably and securely in my ears. The sound is good. The instruction manual easy and helpful to use.
The company needs to sharpen their customer relations - see the negative reviews
I would recommend these for good sound and ease of use
Prompt delivery, great product. Highly recommend.
My order was received in under a week, the tracking provided was accurate and up to date, the Beatbuds are great, the sound is very good, easy to use. A great experience all around. No hesitation in recommending.
Disappointing
After placing an order I found out that the advertised price had increased to include VAT (& shipping which is ok)
And the Beatbuds X1, well still trying to find how to turn on the noise cancellation feature. Overall, the sound experience is average

I also ordered a Sonus Sound Portable speaker from them and received a T&G 117 which I can buy from Alibaba for around $6 - they charged me $96 (I was refunded when I threatened them that I would place their name on Trust Pilot which I'm now doing BEWARE
Shameful Experince
After placing an order I found out that the advertised price of AUD63.59 had increased to AUD81.90 (shipping & GST) yet there was no mention of this when the order was placed.
Payment was via PayPal and though the advertised price was in Australian dollars I was charged a further 3%, foreign exchange fee...so another scam. I will be contacting PayPal about that.
Label Products BV supplied a tracking number that did not work. Then lied to say the courier company's website was having issues when it wasn't. Failed to give a delivery date and respond to emails. Only responded when a complaint was lodged with PayPay.
Looking at all the negative responses about this company and its product I think it’s about time they were brought to account, hopefully very soon.
And the Beatbuds X1, well still trying to find how to turn on the noise cancellation feature. Overall, the sound experience is average and I am sure given the poor customer service and the undeniable scam one could get better value for money elsewhere.
Read several different reviews but only bad links to dodgy site
Having read several different reviews, it looked like Beatbuds X1 were very good. However when I tried to use the links to the sales site, I received a virus threat warning from my anti-virus software. This happened for two different review sites. Even when I went direct to the Beatbuds the virus threat warning still appeared:
“Threat secured. We prevented your connection to beatbudsx1.gogogadgets.io because it is a dangerous webpage. Threat category HTML:Script-inf [Susp]”
Therefore, despite the very good reviews, I don't want to take the risk of using a dodgy site. So I gave up on them and went for a safer product. I do not know if the Beat Buds site has been hacked or what their problem is.

I think I have just been scammed as well. I bought beatbuds x1 from Techwidget after reading great reviews by AU Consumer Experts who claim 'Hi-Fi Sound with Deep Bass and Clear Highs' and 'Crystal-Clear Calls with Quad-Mic Technology'. So fully charged them, tried them once for approx. fifteen minutes - played one song clearly then sound deteriorated. What else did I expect? More money wasted.
Bought BeatBuds x1 on 4/24/24
Bought BeatBuds x1 on 4/24/24, received on 5/29/24, on 7/25/24 the left earbud quit working. Called customer service and was told that could and would not send a replacement. Product lasted 60 days. Do not buy these. It’s a scam! Reviews are false!!! Never again with those guys

Once I'd ended up paying more than the original price, I received them and the angst subsided. I've had them for more than 6 months, they replaced my old Bose noise-cancelling on-ear headphones, and I am chuffed to bits with them. The sound quality is first class.
Great product, slightly deceiving with price
True, like other people have posted, the product did cost more at check out, but they are actually amazing, very happy with product itself, and arrived pretty quickly too
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. The product is not first for purpose as they fall out of my ears every time I move. The company are refusing to give me a full refund despite the fact they are breaching the 2015 Sale of Goods Act. I do NOT recommend this product or company.
Rip offs are us
Wish I'd have read reviews on Trust pilot before I purchased the earbuds I did, £49.99 suddenly became £71 plus without any real notice. I also contacted the company to ask whether or not these buds were good at blocking out background chatter, I received a reply telling me that depends on the background noise. Yes it didn't make much sense to me either, but unfortunately I'd already parted with my cash, no problem I thought you get a 30 day money back guarantee. What a load of rubbish, decided after using these buds for two days that they weren't what I was hoping for so contacted the company for a refund. Was offered a 20% good will gesture. Please ensure that these buds are for you before parting with your hard earned as there is no way you will get a refund. You have been warned.

Marketing makes one feel suspicious of a possible scam, however, when arrived beautifully packaged, excellent sound, and unlike AirPods, which didn’t fit these did . strongly recommend a different marketing approach
Listed price was £59 but wait for the bill.
Listed price was £59 and pence. Left out was the VAT and exorbitant shipping costs when they use Hermes. The total actually came to above £71. A dishonest representation of price.
Website scam buying bad experience
If your reading this review then its probably to late and I would say sorry you have been done over! Maybe you will be lucky and just not put any details near there webpage. I advise against it until you read this review.
I have read the reviews and had the same experience of the sales page the item going through when i have not confirmed. The same £71.90 at the end when it should have been £59.99. The company saying its shipped even though i didn’t confirm. Even contacting them was no use as they only proceed to tell me to receive the item then pay for it to be returned. Take full responsibility for it and if it gets lost then it not there problem.
These reviews are what customers have said about this product and the way the company use tactics that give the customer a horrible experience. No one would want the product due to these bad experiences and aggressive underhanded ways the company’s uses to get money from people. The website that forces payments out of people is dishonest and revolting. I am not the only one who had this. If they cared about reputation they would sort this out. The company will be associated with scam methods to get your product sold. Therefore even if it was a good product no one would trust it. I would rather buy from apple at least they will be honest and not have to use such methods to get people to buy there items. Therefore they have confidence in there own product knowing it will sell, knowing it’s better to refund a customer for a poor experience and give a good reputation and impression of a company and brand. I’m Hope PayPal or some consumer watch dog will read this and look into this company methods. As this really should not be allowed to continue. I will not be buying anything from websites. I wont even browse them for fear of a sale just going through automatically.
15th march update
After they forced me to keep the package out of £71.90
The product cost £59.99 they took extra on another page which makes it up to £71.90.
I am now trying to send it back for a refund. I point out i never ordered it and they took the money first through pay pal and then through my bank a week later. Pay pal have not protected me as it comes under not being shipped yet for a status case.
So i will pay full shipping tracked to make sure it gets to them. Which will be £7.35 special delivery as they need a signature and i don’t trust this company will actually issue a refund without a return method like this. They will then continue to charge £9.96 and a futher £5.00 as there shipping and handling fee???? Even though i am spending my own money to ship it back.
My refund out of all of this will be £56.94 after they took £71.90
The weight of this product in kg 0.108
The return address West Midlands Wolverhampton.
Plus with me spending £7.35 of my own money i will actually get £49.59 back. That’s if the exchange rate and whatever rubbish they want to make up doesn’t effect there reason to refund me.
So they get away with taking £22.31 of my money due to the underhanded way there website is set up to take payment without you confirming properly. Pay pal and bank wont protect you. I don’t understand why a company is allowed to operate like this. I guess they all give each other back handers to get away with this revolting behaviour.
What a reputation and brand you have! Your day will come and finally you will be held accountable for all the wrong you have done to people.
Enjoy !!!
You'll probably be charged for more than you think
Similar to last reviewer. I ordered them at £59.95and completed all the details. I was happy with the "grand total" so I confirmed order and then saw on next screen the cost had increased to £71.90. The site does say" shipping and tax will be settled upon confirmation" but this is in small print and after "grand total". It should have been in bold and before completing bank details so you know the total price before paying.
