Evitate questo venditore, ho acquistato un monitor Samsung nuovo, doveva arrivare questa settimana ma non si sono fatti vivi.
Ovviamente ogni volta che proviene da Napoli sempre che ho questi problemi, chissà perché.
Ho acquistato uno smarphone Samsung Galaxy S24 tramite Amazon.it in descrizione "Samsung Galaxy S24 15,8 cm [6.2] Doppia SIM Android 14 5G USB tipo-C 8 GB 256 GB 4000 mAh Nero (S24 [S921]/5G/DS/256GB Black - EU - Warranty: 12M)", peccato che ho ricevuto un Samsung in cui si può usare esclusivamente una SIM Indiana
Esperienza estremamente negativa
La mia esperienza con questa azienda è stata pessima e frustrante.
Ho acquistato una PlayStation tramite Amazon dal venditore BEATRIX20 S.R.L.S. Dopo i problemi con l’ordine, il prodotto è stato restituito ed è fermo a Napoli dal 29 gennaio, informazione tracciabile e già nota al venditore.
Nonostante ciò:
sul mio account Amazon il prodotto risulta “rimborsato”,
ma continuo a ricevere email contraddittorie in cui mi vengono richieste “ulteriori prove”, senza spiegare prove di cosa, a distanza di settimane.
Questa gestione confusa e poco trasparente fa pensare a un tentativo di ritardare inutilmente il rimborso. Dopo aver fornito tutte le informazioni richieste e con il prodotto già in possesso del venditore, questa situazione è inaccettabile.
Sono arrivato al punto di valutare azioni legali, cosa che non dovrebbe mai accadere per un acquisto online gestito correttamente.
Sconsiglio vivamente questo venditore per mancanza di chiarezza, comunicazione inefficace e gestione del post-vendita estremamente deludente.
Aggiorno la mia opinione: Amazon mi ha dovuto restituire i soldi perché Beatrix si era tenuta sia i soldi sia la nuova PlayStation che avevo restituito. Sicuramente saranno rimossi come venditori da Amazon
