Prompt, efficient, courteous service from a local firm. They sorted out a couple of minor problems with my radiators at the same time as doing the service.

Beatrix Home are a real breath of fresh air, and Sam and his apprentice did a great job of installing a new radiator and removing an old one.

Tradesmen everywhere should take note of how Beatrix Home gets the basics right. Costs are quoted up front, they turn up at the time they agree, communication is proactive, and the work done to a good standard (including cleanup). I even had a follow up call a few days to check I was satisfied with the job! Will be using them again.

I booked Beatrix Home to connect my new washing machine & dishwasher. When I tried to disconnect them the day before, ready for the delivery men to take away, I couldn't do it, so Beatrix Home sent Jack & his assistant first thing in the morning to do it for me, & then they came back in the afternoon to connect the new ones. They were both professional, efficient, friendly & polite throughout. When the job was completed, they ran both appliances to check there were no leaks! They took away all the stress & inspired me with confidence. I will certainly use them again.

Jack was really well mannered and friendly, as well as being reassuring. There was no fuss or bother with getting the job done. He left us with peace of mind and with complete confidence that the job had been done well.

When fitted, our new kitchen mixer tap did not give as good pressure as our old one. Over the course of several phones calls and emails, Beatrix Home were extremely helpful in advising what the problem could be and which replacement tap to buy. As always they were punctual, friendly and flexible on the job itself.

Fantastic service! I had my old radiators re-fitted and needed a new boiler. They have done everything so quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated as I was without heating and hot water. Their team is above nice and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I have used Beatrix Brothers for a couple of years now and can highly recommend them. They are probably one of the most helpful and efficiet companies I have dealt with and I have always been very happy with the service they provide.

Tom and his team at Beatrix are always our first choice for any plumbing, heating and bathrooms works since he helped us with a job many years ago. They are always trustworthy, reasonably priced, have a high quality standard of work and willing to help with any job big or small. We don’t go anywhere else and on the off chance his team is busy, we’re always willing to wait (which we haven’t needed to because Tom is always so accommodating). Better to let his team of professionals do the job well first time, every time. Whenever Tom, Matt or Jack are working, they always respect our property, leaving everything tidy once the job is completed. Honestly cannot rate these guys highly enough. No hesitation recommending them.

Everyone I have met from Beatrix Home are friendly and open in their approach and are willing to engage and explain things to their customer and listening to pick up information from the customer so it must be as a result of a company policy. It gives the impression of a happy workforce which is so effective in reassuring customers that they are in good hands.

So many contractors these days come across as defensive and prickly, lacking confidence or inclination to communicate. Beatrix Home is different which is refreshing. I also find their practice of sending apprentices along, in addition to the person doing the job, really encouraging. Why is that still seen so little with other contractors? Learning on the job has to be by far the best way of developing the skills and knowledge to tackle real world situations which are difficult to replicate in the classroom.

Faultless service- I'm very happy, and will be using these guys again: not just for the annual boiler service but for other work in the bathroom. I'm really pleased to have found a local company that I can trust.
