They are always so helpful. Will leave were ever you ask them to put the items. Nothing seems to much bother. Happy that there not far and you don’t have to wait to long for delivery.

I had a mixed experience with Beatsons Direct. On the positive side, the products were excellent quality, the price was great, and one of the drivers was extremely helpful. However, communication could really improve, as the delivery didn’t arrive when promised, leading to some inconvenience. Despite this, the team was responsive and tried to assist with my concerns. Overall, I’d still recommend them but suggest they work on timing and keeping customers informed. Four stars.
