Support team not very helpful. All they did was send me links to videos I've already watched. My propage has been down for almost 2 weeks and it says Im trying to steal my customer info. Could you please provide the ticket reference on where you are having trouble for further investigation?

Please note that Distribution is a service that is winding down at this stage, we would like to further clarify that, unfortunately, streams and royalties are not generated in real-time. You may see your stats data within the stores, but that data is not provided to us instantly and in real time. Each platform has to vet each of the streams to make sure they are legitimate and monetizable according to their requirements. We also have to vet those streams on our side.

In general, it takes around 90+ days for each of the stores/platforms to provide us with the data and revenue. Once we have vetted the data/revenue and confirmed the data/revenue is legitimate, we will then pay out. However unfortunately this does take a bit of time, as it's not a simple process.

We appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Beatstars will screw you instead of fixing their errors

A bug on Beatstars deleted my personal information and caused 4 licenses that I paid for to be defective. Support would not do anything. I suggest to anyone buying through Beatstars that they instead contact the producer personally and cut out the middle man. The producer gets a better cut, and Beatstars customer service is useless anyway. The fact that this came just after they increased fees is even more ridiculous. Don't give these people your business.
