I ordered a nigeria jersey and my order went back because they sent it to the wrong address. They didn't send my money back and I can't reach anyone because they didn't reply back to my emails

No email communication and they are simply a company who fail to complete the contract! Terrible communication and I am still waiting for my exchanged goods. It took over a month to get one reply about an exchange. I have sent the shirt back but no exchange so they have really just kept my £50. Shocking company and money grabbers.

Do not use, fake site … tried to email and it doesn’t go through .. fake site don’t use !!!

Paid one month ago. No contact, no shippment.

Advertised delivery within 5 days, when I queried it they said it says on there website everything is shipped - lies! Terrible service, these people are just thieves. Literally the phrase “liar, liar pants on fire” is applicable as I have waited over a month and they have said the factory “burnt down” and don’t know why I didn’t receive a message saying so but can ship it again in 10 days??? I’ve asked for next day delivery or I want a full refund. Absolute disgusting service. Bunch of con artists playing on heartstrings of football fans after popular and loved replica shirts! DON’T BUY HERE!! I REPEAT DON’T BUY HERE!

Ordered a 94 Nigeria Jay Jay Okocha shirt.
Shipment was unsuccessful the first date. E-mailed to see where it was and it got dispatched 2 weeks later. Finally received my shirt and it didn't even have the print on the back.

I'm not one to write reviews at all which shows how bad this service was.
Terrible experience.

Both quality of shirt and delivery time where excellent.
Received the shirt within a week of placing my order and unlike some of the other reviews, was the correct size.
Would definitely purchase from here again.

I ordered 3 shirts and only received one after a very long time. In fact it was of poor quality.
Despite dozens of emails I did not get any answer for the other 2 shirts.
So I paid for 3 shirts and only received one. Beautiful 90's stole more than 100€ from me. Run away from this dishonest site

Have not received items a month after the delivery date. Email sent telling them this and they sent me some generic information and a tracking number that doesn't work and now they have not responded to any of my emails.

Bought a Fiorentina shirt from here last year, was excellent, would almost pass for the real thing. Bought a different one mid-June. Took over 2 months to arrive, in the meantime they had ignored numerous emails and instagram messages for me to enquire where it was. Finally got in touch over Facebook, they sent me a stock message about delivery times. Then got to speak to an actual human who said they'd investigate and reply within 24 hours. That was over a week ago and still no news. The shirt arrived today and is embarrassing. The kit maker is now printed on instead of sewn, and it feels like it won't survive more than 1 or 2 washes. Not sure what's happened to this company but I won't be using them again.

I bought an Italy shirt, When it arrived it was too small.
I sent it back 1st class and I haven't heard nothing since and no refund.
Thats now 7 weeks,2 emails sent and a Facebook message.
Not one response.
£50 down the drain!!!!

Having previously left a 1 star review because of their poor customer service, I felt obliged to write a second review. I have since received the product and I have to say it is excellent. In short, expect a long wait for you product and poor customer service but your product is likely to be of a very good standard. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised.

This is NOT a scam. I ordered a Zidane 1998 to be shipped in Austria, and I received my jersey approximately 20 work days later, so be patient: It will come from China by regular air shipping, and will be forwarded through a given country at some point (don't choose express 3 days shipping, you won't have it so quick). That said, the jersey is simply fantastic! Great quality, great design, and exactly as it is shown on the website. It's the greatest football jersey I've ever had.

My son ordered an Italian retro jersey beginning of June for his brother. He saved up hard to give him his gift. No shirt, no reply and info email does not work.
I hope this money went to someone that honestly needs it as karma will get you eventually...

Do not expect your order to arrive anytime soon especially if you live in Australia, I’m still waiting for my order after 4 months and do not expect a reply via email I only got a reply when I spammed there Instagram feed, absolutely horrendous experience!

After not being notified when my shirt was delivered or having an erroneous tracking number, reading bad reviews I lost faith. The shirt came don't know when but it was even better than thought. Fiorentina 93 with batistuta on the back... The site pictures didn't show a brand but loving the fila logo.

Italy shirt ordered on June 26th with 48 hour shipping. Still not dispatched. No response to 3 emails. Now taking up a claim with PayPal to get a refund.

Complete scam - paid over £20 for express delivery to arrive with 5-7 days, a week later and it hasn’t even been shipped. Useless as I was hoping to wear the jersey throughout the Euros. Have tried to contact them through email multiple times since and have received no response.

Ordered a Denmark 92' replica.

Paid 22£ for a dilevery within 5 - 7 days.

It is over two weeks ago now. I was looking forwad to wearing it during the Euros. But I have totally given up.

I have written several emails. No response, only computer automatic answers.

I have tried calling their company number. Doesent excist.

I'm not going to order from them again.

Paid £20 for express delivery still waiting 2 and a half weeks later. It was supposed to be 5-7 days. Poor communication and said I would get a refund on the delivery but still haven't received a penny. Scammers don't waste time and money!!
