They take the order and then dont even answer the call waiting for 4 days no response giving excuzes thay rider was not able to reach followed up plenty of times and in the end they didnt even deleiver the order
Not trusted website at all poor customer care no one replies on whtsupp and instagram phone calls nuthing 0 service sitting in Australia and then we trust our pakistani community is our biggest mistake

We apologize for this experience but it is not possible that you don't get a response until and unless those are not working days. You must be directly calling and expecting a response, WhatsApp and Instagram is for messaging only, for calling a customer need to call on phone number.

I ordered a hair dye from them before Eid. I paid 300 Rs extra for overnight delivery but never received the parcel. The seller didn't provide me with tracking number on asking and didn't reply to any messages.
So they have really pathetic services and are most probably a fraud site.

You ordered on last working day which we call (Chand Raat) and choose overnight shipping and then asking us why it can't be delivered tomorrow, overnight shipping also only working days count. Overnight shipping doesn't mean it will be delivered even on Eid. Our team even requested you to make a pickup but you refused.
