Deceitful website information
I have been a customer of Beauty Expert for a few years for a product I can not buy in Australia.
Recently, I noticed that the options for delivery to Australia in the 'Delivery' section were different to what was offered when completing my order. Even though, according to the delivery information, I should have the option for free delivery, I paid the £4.95 as I needed the products.
Instead, I sent a message using their 'Contact Us' option to advise.
I cannot believe the responses I have received. So far, I've had to send about 10 messages. I'm not sure if they're completely arrogant, or have a comprehension issue.
They tell me I'm wrong and the free postage option is for over £50 only. They asked for evidence but their system will not accept screenshots. I asked for an email address to send them, they've ignored this request. I ended up sending them through Messenger, which they've still ignored. They keep sending the exact same response, on how to attach attachments to the chat.
I am now done with dealing with them. Instead, I will report them for misleading/deceitful information. The money is insignificant, I'm now doing this on principle due to the absolute terrible, arrogant service I've received.
