Horrible customer service I've tried calling their phone number, email and used their help menu to ask a question and no one responds...

they're legit in the sense that they will send you whatever you buy from their website but I believe their items are compromised/diluted/expired/fake.

I purchased several items from them, 2 being for my husband. It's his daily wear spray and he just ran out yesterday so he started using the one I bought from BH. He immediately notes that there's a very faint smell (but not of the original product) but something similar, and it's not as strong. And he's right. He sprayed himself in front of me and it smelled like stale water and alcohol sitting in a can for too long. I reached out to return my other unopened purchases and you can tell by their responses (very robotic, not using customer names but saying dear customer etc) is that their customer service is also out-sourced. Ah, not to mention that I'm still waiting for a return label on which I must pay the shipping... and that they won't take back their opened faulty product a day after opening because it's a fake.

Ordered and paid for two items and then got notified the items were no longer available very disappointing

Horrible customer service, I’ve placed multiple order with them. Order some expensive fragrances on 11/11 sale. They contact me once the sale is over saying my order was flagged and cancelled. They refunded my card, didn’t even try to resolve the issue. My total with out the sale is a lot more now. They say the sale is over that I have to continue with my current total. Spent hundreds with them, after this issue I’ll never be using them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I am still waiting on the ysl myself absolute. I originally ordered it early in the month . The order process was flawless . Ordered it and shipped with in several days. Now it starts to get out of hand . My package was stolen by some individual not very good people. I placed order immediately after with evidence . At the time the price was unmatched and was at price you couldn't pass up. Customer service was able to handle it very quickly . Reshipped to order and been waiting since . I would like to know if it's still being shipped or canceled and refunded . I have 2 order numbers. Other than that I highly enjoy using this discounter for fragrances and will continue to use them over other companies that I have dealt with with same issues.

Great experience. It’s hard to trust the vendors when it comes to perfumes. I received mine on time as promised and in good condition. The products are authentic as well. I will be buying more from this site.
