They sold me perfume that was used and…
They sold me perfume that was used and resealed. I told them about it and showed them pictures of the bottle and the they furiously denied it and didn't offer a refund or replacement! Thank God I opted to pay for insurance and was able to file a claim to get a refund! They used to be a go to site for me to get good prices on perfume, but I've deleted their information! I don't like when companies don't take accountability and I will no longer order from them!

Customer service is NON EXISTENT
I have ordered a few times from beauty house, 8 fragrances in total, 2 of those times I have had issues and customer service was USELESS. This last time I received the fragrance and it felt extremely light, so I started shaking it and you can CLEARLY hear that the bottle is only half filled with liquid, I took a video and sent it to them and still nothing. This is NO WAY to conduct business, especially with repeat customers. They said they would offer me an "exclusive discount" for my next purchase lol NO THANKS, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
If you are ok with rolling the dice on every 2 out of 8 orders go ahead and buy from them otherwise use other fragrance websites.
