Save yourself the trouble and don’t shop from this merchant!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item because the product shape was identical to what I needed. When I contacted them for an exchange, they informed me that I had to pay 27 dirhams for the return and another 27 dirhams for delivery of the correct item, even though I had already paid 27 dirhams for the initial delivery of the incorrect product. The total return and delivery charges were 3 *27 dirhams—a ridiculous and unfair policy. Their customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I later found the same product on Amazon for 40% less with free delivery and returns. Save yourself the trouble and don’t shop from this merchant!
