So helpful! Amazing customer service!
I ordered 6 packs of nanos on Sunday after midday, not realising that standard delivery would not guarantee they reached me before Thursday, for my instal appointment on Friday. I emailed BeautyWorks to see if there was anything they could do and they kindly offered to have the original order returned to them and send out the order the same day, next day delivery free of charge!
So impressed with the customer service, they even included a free gift! Thank you Safiya and BeautyWorks! Can’t wait to receive the hair!! You’ve been amazing!

Very bad quality - Ordered the 22" Beach Wave Double Hair Set Clip-In Extensions
Hair extensions are very rough and tangled after just 3 short uses. Can't even brush through properly, go bushy immediately after. Ordered the 20" beach waves clip in extensions. Such a shame as usually the beauty works hair is really good but this must be a bad batch!

birthday on Wednesday on 8 th July payed and extra £8.95 for next day delivery and still not received it and her birthday is on Sunday the 12th July . Not happy why offer next day delivery if you can't deliver next day . Now I have no brush for her birthday.

Terrible quality, shed all the hair and fell out within 10 days.
Super disappointed with my most recent the beauty works keratin bond extensions I had fitted recently. To buy the extensions and have fitted was £375 and they didn’t even last 10 days. I have had keratin bind extensions previously and this is my first time experiencing such awful shedding, thinning and slipping. The bonds shed so much hair some were coming out with no hair left on them. Just running my fingers through my hair would cause it to fall out in clumps. I use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. A beauty works brush and dry on a cool setting whenever the hair gets wet.
I have confidence in the hair tech I use so I can only gather this is a product problem.

After reviewing your order, I was able to confirm that the hairpiece itself was £37, rather than £50, with the remaining balance made up of the swatches and delivery cost. We completely understand that if you believed £50 had been paid solely for the hairpiece, this may have felt at a higher cost.
All of our hair is made from 100% Remy human hair and is handcrafted to ensure the highest quality; however, we appreciate that the product was not what you were expecting, especially as it was purchased for your daughter's prom.
