I had a video colour match with Gemma and she was absolutely lovely and so helpful from start to finish. She made the whole process really easy and helped me feel confident with my colour choice.
I also explained that I’m experiencing hair loss, and Gemma took the time to help and advise me on the products that would be most suitable for me. She was so understanding, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, which made such a difference when this is already quite an overwhelming time.

I had to return some hair that I had…
I had to return some hair that I had ordered from beauty works due the wrong shade , I spoke to my rep Sophia who advised me to return them and phone up customer services to let them know which is when I spoke with Claudia over the phone she advised me what to do , I then received an email saying shed exchanged the hair for me and sent it next day delivery and also price matched due to a length being out of stock! She was really helpful in getting this processed and back out to me before next week! Thankyou Claudia! X

Prior to your review, you contacted us by email at 7:44pm, and I responded at 8:44am the following morning to offer my support and assistance.
Understanding that the hair was required for a special occasion, I offered to arrange an exchange on a pre-1pm delivery service to ensure a replacement could reach you in time for your birthday. I appreciate that you chose not to proceed with this option.
In an effort to help find the most suitable shade, I also offered to send complimentary colour swatches on a pre-1pm service due to the urgency of your upcoming appointment. Unfortunately, this option was also declined.
As the hair remained unused and in its original packaging, I then offered to arrange a return for you. Again, I respect that this was not a resolution you wished to pursue.
While I am genuinely sorry that the solutions offered were not suitable for you on this occasion, I do want to reassure you that I made every effort to provide options that would help resolve the matter within the timeframe available.
For future purchases, we would always recommend ordering colour swatches prior to making a full investment. Swatches provide the most accurate representation of our shades, as colours can appear differently online depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and individual device displays.

I had an issue with a serum that arrived having leaked in transit. I contacted beauty works and they sorted this very promptly with a new bottle on the way next day. The agent was Safiya Manborde - thank you for being so helpful and professional. It’s my first time with the hair extensions and hair care products, and the quality so far is great.

Our enquiry system works on a timestamp basis, and when multiple emails are sent on the same case, it can unfortunately move the original enquiry further down the queue, which may have contributed to the delay in communication.
