Having looked into this further, I can see that our team did provide the relevant information regarding how to process your return. However, I appreciate that you had not received a response regarding your order number, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Our enquiry system works on a timestamp basis, and when multiple emails are sent on the same case, it can unfortunately move the original enquiry further down the queue, which may have contributed to the delay in communication.
In an effort to resolve this as quickly as possible, I personally reached out to you multiple times from customerservice@beautyworks.co.uk. I am sorry that I have not yet heard back from you, as I have been genuinely keen to support you.

I have been wearing beauty works hair…
I have been wearing beauty works hair extensions (clip ins) for 10 years and the quality is amazing. Before discovering them, I used different brands and after a year I needed to replace them. The beauty works quality of hair is exceptional and I replace my clip ins every 2 - 3 years. Also, the customer service is amazing. For example, today, I needed to speak to someone because I have ordered new hair from my home in Greece to be delivered to the UK where I will be next week and Molly gave me all the info I needed on Whattsapp almost immediately. Thanks again Molly!! I will never try another brand and I have been using hair extensions for most of my life so I’d say I’m a pro on them. They’re the best out there!

I’ve been a long standing customer of…
I’ve been a long standing customer of beauty works and was struggling with matching up my hair shade this time ( as coloured it lighter) to the beauty works Extentions, and I emailed customer service asking for their advice. Was a bit disappointed over my hair not coming after paying next day delivery, the hair was badly needed! But again that’s not down to beautyworks the company evri are just ridiculous to work with.
