A few months after purchasing a pair of their sports leggings, I noticed a hole had developed despite normal use. At first, my request for a refund or replacement was declined, which was quite disappointing—especially as I had been really excited to try this brand for a long time and had high expectations.

However, after following up and explaining my situation further, their customer service team took the time to reconsider my case. In the end, they understood my concerns and offered to send me a replacement pair at no cost.

I really appreciate that they were willing to listen and ultimately make things right. While the initial response wasn’t what I had hoped for, their commitment to customer satisfaction in the end made a big difference.

I ordered some items from AYBL on their march sale, so the order took a bit long to arrive, but they sent an email warning about it because of all the amount of orders. Some of them were perfect and some others had a bit of problem of sizing, the Adapt products were perfect, but the Empower top and shorts (same size) are quite loose, very big and tend to stretch out.

Had a few problems with the leggings but the customer service was excellent. Arya was great !

Even better, I wasn’t dealing with automated responses or AI, but with real people who truly cared about resolving my issue. Sean and Paul, in particular, were extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.

My order had to be placed again, and they made everything incredibly easy for me. Items that were out of stock were replaced with similar ones of my choice—without any extra charges and without having to pay additional shipping costs. That level of flexibility and customer care is something you rarely see nowadays.

Overall, my problem was solved quickly, smoothly, and without any complications. I’m genuinely very satisfied with the service and can highly recommend them. Experiences like this have become quite rare, which makes it even more appreciated.

I ordered a parcel that unfortunately never arrived, and it seems it was most likely sent to the wrong address and received by someone else.

Naturally, I was very stressed at first, but the AYBL team handled the situation immediately and did not leave me without support. They responded to my message right away and quickly arranged to resend the parcel with the exact items I had originally ordered.

This is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

I had to return a parcel due to sizing and had some questions so I reached out to their email and Elysia and Momena was very quick about it with getting back to me and creating a return label for me within a day. I've managed to get the return label but can't fully solve the problem through them so I'll only give 4 stars but service is still good.

I’ve been wearing AYBL gym clothes for a while and have always loved the quality. I recently ordered a new pair of leggings in the exact same model as ones I already own and love. Unfortunately, the quality wasn’t the same this time, which was really disappointing.

It’s a shame to see the quality go downhill, but I do want to highlight that Alexis from customer support was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. Thank you!

There was a hiccup with the carrier who delivered my package, but AYBL definitely has a great team because I literally went from being a bit emotional over not getting my shorts to feeling better once they reached out to me. Really love my halter neck top I run in it and train in it and love the fact it’s got like a built in sports bra!! And the colours are gorgeous especially the pink 💗💗
